Great seat !

The seat was worth the money. The only issue I had was the rear tab. It wouldn't enter the locking lip. All I had to do was grab a crescent wrench and be very careful not to break anything, grab the tab and pull it up little by little until it went into the lip. This seat is way better than the Mustang seat that was on my Road Star when I bought it. The tab issue was not worth complaining about.

Mustang seat on 2002 Yamaha V-Star 650 Classic

The stock seat on this motorcycle was uncomfortable to ride after an hour. It was either find a more comfortable way to ride my current motorcycle or buy a more comfortable motorcycle. I have rode in the Mustang seat for 1,000 miles and have been comfortable. I have come to the conclusion that there will always be some minor discomfort when riding for longer periods of time. The Mustang seat makes it very minor and more than tolerable to want to keep riding instead of taking that rest stop.

Lifesaver for my butt

Bought seat to replace stock Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic LT which was extremely uncomfortable. Stock seat hurt my tailbone and after 30 minutes of riding I was in pain and my butt was numb. This Mustang seat has saved the day! It was an expensive purchase but I feel it was worth it. The difference in seat comfort is like night and day. Installation process was very easy -30 min. Love it!

great seat

The stock seat was so uncomfortable that I just had to do something about it. A friend told me about Mustang seats so I bought one and what a difference! Now my wife and I can ride in comfort. My wife says it's 200 times better than the stock seat. Thank you Mustang for the great seat. Worth every cent.

Profiler for the Vstar 650

Seat looks really cool on the bike. Excellent build quality. Fit is nearly perfect, it requires putting something on the metal tongue that sticks out the front of the seat (I used the cut out corner of a cardboard envelope), so that is fits snugly with no movement. The manufacturer supplies a round bit of leather for this but it is easy to fall out and get lost, as mine promptly did. Comfortable once you get used to it, good lower back support. All in all, a great saddle.
