Nice - proper size for KTM countershaft sealing

I bought a 2006 KTM 450EXC used and the previous owner had run a 13T front sprocket, but tried to reuse the spring washer. The KTM runs an o-ring and needs the spring washer to push on the sprocket, which pushes on a spacer and the spacer seals the o-ring. Some manufacturers sprockets do not have proper thickness for KTM setup - this one has not leaked a drop when used with TrickDirtbike tool steel spring washer.

Very good quality - does the job

Sturdy piece of gear. It's not identical to the sprocket that comes off the bike, so instructions as to which side faces out would be nice. Noticeably changes the gearing- drops about 500 rpm in every gear (heck-of-a-lot better on the highway).

    Moose 16T sprocket.

What a great addition to my KLR, it lowers the RPM's at highway speeds and saves on the engine and fuel usage. I recommend this for any KLR owners that ride a lot at highway speed.

Moose Honda XR650R Front Sprocket on a XR650L

The XRR front sprocket solves the counter shaft wear problem caused by the stock XRL sprocket. Much wider spline contact area. Just install it "backwards". Ordered a 15T (stock) and a 14T to change the final drive ratio depending on the type of riding. Both sprockets work with same chain length. Fit and quality are excellent.

THE LITTLE GEAR THAT COULD 13T

Stock 14T, went down one tooth. It helped our two Raptor 700's with a little more mid to lower end on 3rd gear. Very easy to put on. My 13yr old son did it himself. One of many things he learned to do on his Raptor 700 in the last few weeks. I figured if he wants to ride, he should know how to fix it, or work on it.

    Bad

Had this sprocket on since the beginning of the 2012 season. It was a 14t for my yz125, mine shattered about 5 miles into the woods and shot one of the teeth through my crankcase and into my clutch. luckily not my leg. I am very disappointed in moose and would like to seek compensation from a product that was faulty.
