    Very good rain wear

Great boots for wet weather; my feet stayed dry despite hours of heavy rain. Comfort is good for riding, but not for walking. They attract and show dirt and grime quickly and must be washed after every ride. I would always want a pair of these while touring in the rain.

Tour Master Response SC Road Boot

I've had these boots for a while now. They look good on and off the bike and are acceptable in an office setting. They are very comfortable out of the box all day on and off the bike. As a short boot, they are good in hot weather, but don't offer as much protection as a taller boot. Main disadvantage (beside the low cut) is that they are very hard to get on without a shoe horn, as there are no side zippers. Fit is true to size.

    I love them

They fit sort of big. I normally wear a 12 or 12.5 and in these boots, an 11 fit perfect. Great construction, good quality and comfy. Best part is they look good with a pair of jeans -- they are not big biker-style boots.

    Tour Master Boots

This is my second pair of the Tour Master Response SC boots. The first pair lasted 5 years and the uppers were still in terrific condition but the soles had worn almost smooth. I found the boots to be comfortable both on and off the motorcycle for all day comfort. No extra pair of shoes for walking required. They are waterproof and never let me down even in the downpours.

    Tourmaster Response SC Boot

Good boot especially considering cost. Fits true to size but is not very wide, soles are narrow but fit on the pegs better. It is waterproof but with low boots it can become a moot point depending on how long your rain pants are. Seem very sturdy and will probably provide excellent protection if you surf some asphalt.

    Great boots

This is the first pair of motorcycle boots I've owned, so I can't compare them to others, but I'm so far a big fan. Comfortable enough to wear throughout the day (though will probably be too warm to wear during summer when not riding), and although they're still pretty stiff after a month, they don't hinder my ability to shift or brake at all. Highly recommended.

I order these boots in February 2011 from MCSS and they are the best street boots I have so far. I walked around in them all day, to work and Walmart, no one seem to notice or ask because the blend in as regular shoes. They do fit about 1/2 an inch bigger and the break in process took a little longer but overall they are great boots and I will be buying them again.

TMR SC ROAD BOOTS GREAT FOR THE STREETS

I wear a size 10 and sometimes a 10.5 depending on the brand shoes. I ordered a size 10 from MSS because of the reviews about them running ½ a size bigger which is true. I had them on yesterday 21/02/11 all day in order to get that breaking in process going and feeling out the support and comfort around the ankles and so on before going for a ride, they are a lot better than I expected. They are not track boots and they don’t look like motorcycle boots either, which is good because I don’t like riding to the gym looking like I am going to the race track. I would definitely recommend these boots for in town street riding or a casual look.

One Year Review -- Still Love 'Em

I bought these boots from MC Superstore one year ago, and have a little over 5K miles logged with them. They fit true to size and have proven comfortable in temperatures ranging from 38 to 90 degrees. Last summer I got caught in a thunderstorm without my rain gear and the insides of the boots were soaked from water running down my legs. My first attempt at drying them was unsuccessful and they started to mildew. I ended up soaking them in a detergent/peroxide mix and then drying them in the dryer on a low heat/no spin setting for hours. Result: mildew problem solved and they're still going strong. The only feature I might change is using a quality zipper instead of laces.

    Great Boots!

I've had these boots for a couple months now and they're awesome. Great fit and feel right out of the box. They do seem to run a little big, I'm normally a 10 or 10 1/2 and like my shoes roomy so I ordered the 10 based on other reviews and I like the way they fit. Snug, but plenty of wiggle room at the same time. They're stiff, like road boots should be, but not so much that you can't walk normally. They look like boots, but also pass for regular shoes for the most part. I wear them to work in an office environment and no one says anything. They've got great protection for their level of design, ankle and toe cups that feel really solid. Can't attest to the waterproof claim, but they seem tight and no wind gets in. I've only got two complaints: The laces are extremely attracted to velcro, which seems like an odd choice considering the amount of velcro on these boots. The lace covers are great, and a great feature, but the laces get stuck basically every time you put them on and off and they get frayed pretty quickly as a result. Also, the soles are a little soft and grippy for my taste. They get wedge-stuck sometimes while shifting resulting in that uncomfortable feeling of not being able to move your foot off the peg quickly if you need to. These are pretty minor problems though and over-all I'd recommend this as a fine boot for daily town/touring use.

Tour Master Response SC road boot

I have had these boots about a month now, just getting them broken in. I found them to be very nicely finished, the Velcro is great (could probably do with 1/2 of what is there) for hiding/storing the laces. I used some saddle soap to get them more pliable/soft. The heel is a little narrow, kind of feels like you could fall off the floor, I guess I’m used to wide sneakers. They are nice and warm here in VA, with just a slightly thicker sock they are great in the 30/20 degree mornings. I wear a 10 in most shoes and this one is slightly big, I would order a 9/9.5 next time (I am using the extra for bigger socks). Great Boot!

Great cold/wet weather all day boots!

They require some break in and run about 1/2 size large, but they are comfy at work all day. I usually wear about a 13 1/2 and fit the size 13 nicely. They were a little stiff at the front edge to shin area at first, but after broken in, they are very comfy. I have not had them long, but they seem well built and have good ankle armor. The large Velcro flap is strong enough to skip tying the laces if desired.

Tour Master - Response SC Road Boots

The boots appear to be well made, however, it is a poor design. I cannot get my foot past the ankle area unless I cut the tongue loose on one side. This is a size 14 boot with a size 8 ankle area.
