About BMW F 800 GS Motorcycles - The BMW F800GS is the most off-road oriented GS ever built. Introduced in 2008, the BMW F800GS dual sport has a water-cooled, 2-cylinder, 798cc 4-stroke DOHC engine that puts out a respectable 85 hp at 7500 rpm. It comes standard with heated grips, an on-board computer, switchable ABS, white turn signals, and an optional low seat. The BMW F800GS is complete with twin disc brakes, 21” front and 17” rear wheels, an inverted Marzocchi fork, and an under the seat tank which contributes to a low center of gravity. This BMW F800GS has all the capabilities of the larger GS, but comes in a lighter, tighter package. It’s been said that the BMW F800GS is a “do-all street biased machine that is as capable off-road as any sport-utility SUV.”
