Product Description
Motocomm Magnum F14 Open-Face Communicator Headset
The open-face helmet headset and PTT system is an accessory for use with handheld 2-way radios (e.g., FRS, GMRS, CB, amateur, commercial). Makes the use of a 2-way radio convenient and safe while riding a motorcycle, snowmobile, ATV, or any other activity in which a helmet is worn. Use in conjunction with your 2-way radio for bike-to-bike, sled-to-sled, and ATV-to-ATV communications while riding.
This unit features a open-face helmet headset with 2 ultra-thin speakers and flexible boom microphone that attach quickly and easily inside the helmet. A weatherproof handlebar mount push-to-talk (PTT) switch puts control of the 2-way radio at your fingertips. Generous cable lengths and helpful accessories make installation easy and professional looking.

Don't waste your money
If the only riding you do is in town at less than 35 mph, these will work great. Any faster than that and your voice transmission becomes a garbled mess. This is with a Nolan modular helmet. My brother suffered the same fate with the full face version on his helmet (don't know what helmet he has off hand.) The only time we were able to use them as advertised was sitting at the gas pumps, figuring out our next route. We used these with a good Cobra GMRS radio, and a very nice Motorola GMRS. Very nice looking, well built set up, but the performance just isn't there.
