Shawn Norton,  KS Great value, could not be happier, great price. I like to buy only quality, this unit is definitely quality and the price is unbeatable. I like the idea there are plug ins for your gloves in the jacket arms. I am actually matching this jacket with a Harley branded glove and it works perfect. I only have to use one temperature control for the whole set. I usually don't go above medium and ride during 20 degree temperatures. Great job Tour Master!!

B Pyle VA and NC State line,  VA Tour Master - Synergy Heated Jacket Liner Be sure to check for the circled "N" on the controller and DO NOT have the heating elements active without first having the engine running. Also, turn off heaters before turning engine off when dismounting. Do these things and you'll really enjoy the warmth and comfort of riding in cold temps. I used mine at 16 degrees F and 70 MPH for 65 miles and have no complaint!!

John Payson,  UT It has extended my riding season I wore the jacket and a pair of the heated leather gloves to ride to work when the temperature was 20 degrees. They both worked great and I was not cold at all. In fact I couldn't hook the gloves to the jacket because it was so warm I had to drop the temp on the jacket, but needed to have the gloves at a higher setting. This wasn't a fault with the gloves they just didn't have the benefit of having a heavy leather coat over them. I would absolutely recommend both products if you want to extend your season. I really cannot comment on durability yet so I gave it a 3.

James Los Angeles,  CA Very Good Stuff Just did my test ride for the jacket and I am very impressed. Fit is great, temp control is operable with gloves, and heat output more than adequate. Heat distribution is fairly even and seems somewhat dependent on how tight the garment is in a particular area. If you wear a jacket that allows you to cinch the sleeves and body (as I do), you can control heat by area a bit that way. Jacket is also a great second layer when heating is off. Sustained 65 MPH at 41 degrees required only the low settings. I can't believe I didn't buy this sooner.

Tom Dominico Pasco,  WA Tourmaster Synergy Heated Jacket Great product. It runs a bit large, so I bought the next smaller size for a close fit since I wear it under my regular bike jacket. The side panels have lots of stretch. The arms tend to get hotter than the core, so wear a long sleeve shirt underneath. I use it with the heated gloves, which are the bomb. Also, keep it away from the bike exhaust. My first jacket inadvertently touched the exhaust while I was putting it on at the side of the road. It burned a hole in the zipper side, so I had to buy another (my fault). Try putting the controller in your outside jacket pocket, as the leg strap affair is a pain in the neck. All in all, a great product.

Mountain Storm LLLC Rocky Mount,  VA Best Buy for the Money For the price you won't find a better heated jacket liner. Sure Gerbing is awesome but it's 5 times the cost too. I've been using the liner a lot this winter and it makes a big difference in my comfort. Without the jacket liner I am crunched down trying to get out of the wind...with the liner I ride in a more relaxed manner which lets me ride longer and further without tiring. The controller clip broke about 15 seconds after I opened the package. Why TM has not addressed this I don't know. Every review says the same thing: the controller clip breaks. I just stuff the controller up under my jacket or in my side pocket or sometimes let it flap in the wind. The clip is made from brittle thin plastic...makes no sense. I originally tried the First Gear Jacket but the wires in that jacket are like lampcord: very uncomfortable, stiff, thick. The heating elements and wiring in the TM Synergy products are very slim and I don't even notice them. At 22F I still felt comfortable using the Medium setting. On 40F days I find the Low setting is adequate. I found the TM gloves work great off the jacket without using the glove controller and wiring harness. The pant liner I returned because it wanted to run a setting lower than the jacket and gloves to be comfortable and I just can't have all that wire and controller mess hanging off me while I carve the mountain roads. It's also a lot less of a hassle to just plug the gloves into the jacket than into a separate harness and controller. Overall I am completely satisfied I got a great deal and of course Motorcycle Superstore is awesome and has great return and service policies.

Benny Opp,  AL Tour Master - Synergy Heated Jacket Liner I have had the opportunity to use the liner twice and it is fantastic. The size and fit are right on. It is amazing that you don’t get too hot but you just don't get cold. I would highly recommend this product.

Jason Williamston,  NC 19 degrees and warm... I used the jacket for the second time this morning...and this was the true test...it was 19 degrees and I must say I was warm...however, I do need to order the gloves because my fingers were about to freeze off in my regular moto gloves...the only complaint I have is that the jacket is a little short at the waist, but I do have a big belly that makes all my shirts and jackets short so if you are not fat it won’t be a problem....
