Vance and Hines 2 into 1 exhaust

Thanks for a great product I like the way it looks, sounds, and there was an ease of installation. However there is a problem with the rear cylinder pipe as it protrudes about 1/4" to 1/2" from the engine causing my right leg to be in very close proximity that my clothes touch the heat shield which it also gets extremely hot. This happens when I stop in traffic and have to put my feet on the ground.

Loud & Proud

Friend fitted in about 1hr (had maintenance experience) and they look great on my VN900 Ltd Custom. They are certainly louder than expected and will take some getting used too, some popping but I like that! Will it pass an MOT, I doubt it?

Works pretty much as expected

While the V&H pipes are still way loud, the baffles did help.... a little. They are well-made, getting them in is fairly easy, so long as you know about removing the heat shields, and the secret set screw in the original baffles. No instructions came with this item, and V&H was helpful. They do take a little of the edge off the road noise, but do little at lower speeds. I think they help "mello" the sound a little.... a little.
