Kuryakyn ISO Throttle Boss

This little gem is a dream. No more stiff throttle fingers on the long rides anymore. Your lower hand rests on the "Boss" taking alot if not most of the pressure away from your fingers while holding the throttle in position.

Nice piece of bling!

Great fit, finish, and feel. I like the fact that when my hand gets tired I can just rest it on the pad to maintain my throttle position on those long trips.

Nice addition to the ISO grips

I bought the grips and love them. Perfect fit on my Suzuki 650 scooter and while the Throttle Boss is really pretty unnecessary, it's a nice addition. The only reason you would want the left Boss would be in case you're anal enough to need both bars to match. The Bosses are a breeze to install but take up a bit of grip space and are a bit to get used to. I'd buy it again unless it broke...built strong and is not junk.

Highly Recommended!

I installed the black throttle boss with the black ISO grips and am very pleased with all of it. The throttle boss makes cruising a lot nicer since you can relax your hand.

Works as advertised

Went on easily, it's there when I need it, unobtrusive when I don't! Great for those long rides. Nice and shiny and blends in perfect with the iso grips. As usual, Motorcycle Superstore got it here quickly.

Nice

I like this thing much more than I expected. Really nice to relax your hand on long rides. There's cheaper versions that do the same thing, but this one looks nicest and integrates perfectly with the ISO grips.

Throttle Boss

I've had the ISO grips for a couple of years. While I agree they have plenty of grip already, the Throttle Boss was an exceptional addition. It's really hard to believe how BIG a difference such a small part can make an hour into a long ride. I can't recommend it strongly enough!

Just okay

Fit, finish and quality is fantastic. But I also bought the Iso Grips. With the Iso Grips and wearing gloves I am not sure the throttle boss is needed. There is plenty of stick between the grip and the glove that even holding my hand flat and open the grip does not slip. May just be my handlebar style (ca bars)but it is not real comfortable at slow speed going through the gears. May work just fine on more straight style handlebars.

Throttle boss is great

If you get the iso grips, get the throttle boss! Great for long trips. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. The only problem that I have run into is I have a handlebar strap that I couldn't slip over it to strap the bike down for transportation. Not sure about durability, I haven't had it long enough... but, it is very well built so I don't see any problems in the future.

Placed on my 2003 VTX, amazing how much relax it feels specially on longer trips. Abeautiful and useful complement to the ISO grips and overall look for the bike.

After getting it properly adjusted it works great. No more numb fingers from gripping too tight or cramps in my wrist.

Iso Throttle Boss

Very good item to add to your grips. Takes the pressure off your throttle hand and relaxes your wrist. One thing, if you don't get your grips in the correct position the adjustment can put them either too high or too low. I adjusted the tension on the throttle and solved the problem.

the Boss is boss

Great little piece to make longer cruises easier on your grip. You'll get used to it being there, even when you don't need it, it won’t be obtrusive...unless you're a pansy. When on a long ride, you'll love its utility.

Overall satisfied, however, could have purchased somewhat cheaper from competitor if I had waited. Superstore is generally very competitive and I will continue to shop there.

Kuryakyn ISO Throttle Boxx

Excellent product. Size is perfect - large enough to offer easy throttle control without getting in the way of :normal" throttle operations. Quality finish that integrates perfectly with the ISO grips.
