These heat bags look like large tea bags. Insert them in your gloves and they trap the heat of your skin. They do not generate heat by themselves but seem to get a good temperature. I used them in 40 degree weather. They seem to work longer than the 8 hours advertised. Worth your buck.

Compact, nicely organized and furnished medical kit - suitable for back country motorcycling where one might need more than a simple First Aid kit. A little pricey but worth it for someone not knowledgable enough to assemble a kit independently.

Very nice package and waterproof. Note this is a small and compact first aid kit. While is has a nice variety of items included it is small. The size is super if you are going to use it on a boat or motorcycle. The waterproof dry bag is a must for both applications. It has advantages over a rigid case and takes up less space in my tank bag or saddle bags. If you are looking for a kit for use in your car or truck this is not the right item, get a large hard case that will hold more supplies.

I carry 2 of these in my buttpack, tool boxs on both my quads, in my hunting pack & in my first aid kits in my trucks. I have never personally had to use one but an emt/firefighter friend highly recommends these.
