awesome

I am just over six feet tall and slim, around 160lbs. I went with a large and it fits just right. Still enough wiggle room for a back protector. The jacket is really well made and looks amazing ( I went with the high viz option). The vents are easy to snap down I could see this working well in warm weather. I have only done a few rides so far in colorado with temps in the low 40s and I stayed warm just fine (good base layer too). I did not find the jacket motion restricting at all, lots of good pockets too. I would take their advice and size up at least one size maybe two depending on your mid section size. I did a lot of research and you will be hard pressed to find a better jacket with all the features for less.

Order 2 Sizes Larger

I normally wear a 2XL, I ordered a 3XL according to the Spidi Chart. I am 6 foot and weigh 245. A little tight around the belly (strictly my fault). Although I kept the 3XL, incentive to loose some weight, I could have ordered a 4XL which would have fit looser and have confidence the breast and back protection would fit without being too tight. Know that this is my first jacket of this nature, I have always worn american made traditional black leather jackets. Don't get me wrong about the product. This is a very nice jacket and appears to be a truly functional four season jacket. I have used it in 40º - 70º temperatures and it kept me comfortable. It has ample vents for air flow but I have yet to use them.

Spidi 4 Season H2OUT Jacket

Wow, the Spidi 4 Season H2OUT Jacket is the "Swiss Army" adapatable, premium quality, do-it-all adventure style jacket. I have been wearing it during my winter rides to work in New England, with temperatures as low as the 20's. It's incredibly warm, with very insightful design features. The high necked rainproof liner and warming liner keep the cold breeze out quite effectively between the helmet and jacket while the body of the jacket is both ergo dynamic and amazingly "weatherproof". It's a bit complicated, as a quality Swiss movement watch, but everything has its purpose...while being flawlessly designed and constructed. Bravo...5 stars well earned! P.S. The optional back support offers full spectrum coverage. You will feel ready to ride...and safe.
