How could it cost so much?? There's nothing here!

I also bought a GT-R Air, and like that jacket this one runs smaller than other U.S. based brands. This jacket looks really nice and it's a famous brand so I expected more. I also own a Joe Rocket & Speed & Strength jackets. Compared to Rocket & Speed this jacket is lacking the following; - no spine pad - no liner - minimal adjustment at the waist & sleeves so it flaps in the wind - minimal reflective. My other jackets have about 6 times more reflective. - scratchy fabric at cuff & collar. Not well thought out for riding. - Only one belt snap to attach to my jeans and it's located in a place that is hard to reach On a plus side, +Sewing quality is nice + they sponsor plenty of racers Conclusion, this jacket should cost $50 less than a Joe Rocket Phoenix and not $50 more. WHERE DID THEY SPEND THE MONEY??? They should road test this jacket and compare it to others.

Airwave 2 Review

Pleased with the jacket. Flows air very well. Quality is great. XL fit is just snug enough so I can use another liner I have (I'm 6' & 205 with 44 chest). I hate the left side zipper, but getting used to it. Pockets are a little to far back, and had to buy some zipper pulls for the tiny zipper flaps. Also the collar rubs my Adam's apple when open (not padded). Overall great jacket for the money!

Great hot weather jacket

If you ride in hot and humid weather, you need a mesh jacket! After a month of regular use I can tell you that the Rev'it Airwave 2 is great. It's comfortable, fits well and breaths well. The pockets (inside and out) are well sized and easy to use. One little complaint is that the zippered pockets don't include pulls - so they are difficult to operate with gloves. So, I made two pulls for the zippers, and....voila! I'm 5'7", 40" chest and about 160lbs and went with the size large based on many reviews which said this one runs small. It's got a little extra room, but fits well enough that I think the medium would definitely have been too small for me.
