Happ with Purchase

For the price I paid these gloves are very good quality. They don't fit me as well as I had hoped but that's the risk when buying online. Plus they are still breaking in and adjusting to my hand. My only slight knock on the design is the Velcro straps at the bottom. They are sort of awkward to connect. Overall I am pleased with my purchase and think they are very good value!

Better gloves for the money

These gloves are cheap leather made overseas. The fit is ok. Order one size up. The padding in the palm helps if you have a sled that vibrates. The thickness and stitching are poor. The first time I wore them, the side of the glove split out at the little finger- really?! Recommend looking for a better quality leather if you want a leather glove.

Great Gloves

I'm always a little worried when I buy gloves online. But I read all the reviews and talked to customer service. With their advice I ordered the gloves, shipping was fast...I leather treated them right away...great fit...quality made...price was right...now if I get a couple of seasons out of them I'll be really happy.

Sturgis River Road Gloves

They fit my hand but my fingers are short. Wish they had a choice of finger length as well as hand size. Feel great though.

sized small.

Decent quality, gel inserts seem to be a good idea. Sized smaller than advertised. The whole reason I ordered for larger hands. These are a squeeze to get on. Hope they stretch in time. I ordered 3XL and still are a tight fit. Not what I expected but are workable. I oiled them to get some stretch room.

Solid gloves, good price

Fit is just a bit off but overall I love these gloves. Leather is thick enough to give me confidence if the rubber goes up but thin enough to be comfortable. I would recommend these to anyone.

Nice

Order size larger, like most gloves for some reason they are not sized for Americans.

River Road Sturgis Glove

These are good gloves, but I used the sizing method provided on the site and find that they are a little too tight. Wish I had gone to the next size. Beyond that, which was my mistake, they are well made and seem durable.

Poor fitment

Checked the size chart and I was between a large and an xl. Bought the XL to be sure. Not even close to fitting. Sent them back and got the 2XL. Very tight on the palms and fingers are too long. These gloves are not made for American hands. Never again.

Not as happy as I thought I'd be

Gloves fit fine, but they started to rip after two days of wear. Not happy with quality.

Not as pleased as I had hoped; seam cuts off circulation

The sizing and venting of these gloves are great. There is a seam that run from the wrist to the tip of the thumb that causes numbness, with a very noticeable impression after wearing them; like if you have ever woken up and found your hand, foot, etc. asleep because the sheets have tightly wrapped and caused loss of circulation. I wouldn't want to try them out on trips that are longer than a casual ride.

Okay but.........

Fit and comfort is good. Could be just a bit more gel in palm. Nice feel and flexibility to material. Good for warmer temperatures. Downside: Stitching on closure tab weak and unraveling after a couple of rides(single stitch. I would've sent them back except for the cost it was easier to just re-sew myself. Shouldn't have to do that with new gloves that weren't even broke in. Minimal protection IMO.
