Shark Evoline 3 ST Moov-Up Helmet

Now in its third iteration, the Evoline 3 Moov-Up comes from Shark with the same basic design concept but with enough subtle refinements to make it really stand apart from its predecessors. The innovative 180 degree rotating chin bar is now more aerodynamic and quiet and on top of that Shark has also shaved approximately 200 grams off the overall weight. A flip down sun shield is standard and for venting, the Evoline 3 not only features chin and brow vents but a channeled EPS liner as well. Ready for Shark’s communicator system, the modular Evoline 3 makes for a stylish and very practical sport touring choice.

shark helmet review

Love the helmet and the features, but more should be said about the shape of the head configuration,( as to oval ,intermediate oval)had headache and sore ears after only 1/2 hour. Had to go to different brand helmet.

Shark review

Read the reviews before buying. Previous helmets are Suomi Vandal and Vega Half Helmet. Found the cheeks do fit snugly, but not excessively so. For me sizing was right on. Chin bar lifts easily enough, and although I like the sun visor, it touches my nose which is distracting, so I have to lift it a little. Greatest drawback is lack of airflow, making it quite warm on a high temp day. I don't get many days like that so hopefully not a problem.

Good for glasses wearers

I have to wear glasses and this is one of the few helmets on the market that I can fit into with my thick black-rimmed glasses and provide the chin protection. Fit is more snug than other Shark helmets. Although I fit a Shark RAW helmet in large, I had to upgrade to an extra large for the evoline to comfortably ride without feeling like my head is being squeezed.

Excellent shape. But order 1 or 2 sizes bigger because it's small
