Product Information

MotoCentric Raid Boots

Nearly identical to its big brother the Ranger boot, the MotoCentric Raid delivers the same all season performance but in a more manageable mid-height that should appeal to the daily commuter. And when we say identical, we really mean it. The Raid gets the same Hipora waterproof membrane, protective ankle inserts, molded shin armor and sleek, no slip sole. Reflective detailing helps with low light conditions and though shorter in height, the Raid still comes with a side entry zipper for easy on and off.

Size is very small :(

I bought these because of the great price and I am a 10.5 in Canada. I guess that is about an 11.5 in the States. I ordered the biggest size I could at a 12 but I could not get my foot into the boot! I would have to go with a 14 if they had one. I know I could send the boot back but it will cost a lot from Canada so I am just going to try to sell it here for whatever I can get. I just ordered size 14 from Cycle Gear so I hope those fit.

Great boots!

Did like others said and ordered one size above (I'm an 8 and ordered a 9) and they fit like a glove, only for my feet ;-) Very comfortable, solid construction, looks great, and I like the single zipper construction. My previous pair had two zippers on the left and right side, and this made zipping them up extremely problematic, making me spend several minutes, per boot, trying to zip them up. In the end, one of the zippers failed (became detached) from the stress of trying to zip up past the wavy material folds. These, however, don't have that problem at all.

Great boots for the 40.00 I paid, can't beat it

I love these boots, these are my first pair of riding boots so I don't have alot to compare to but for 40.00 these are amazing, I wear a 10 to 10.5 I bought a size 11 and they are snug but I believe that's what you want, they fit good and will get better as I use them just make sure u go one size bigger or your screwed..

Bad Quality

The gear selecter area wore out in my first use. Barely rode about 100kms, the patch tore out.

MOTOCENTRIC RAID BOOTS

A good looking boot, for a good price. A little stiff at first but all boots are that way and will break in. The only negative thing is they are so hard to slip on, the opening is just not wide enough, they should of put in a double zipper not a single. I have a narrow foot nd once I finally get them on, which is difficult, they are comfortable and I did purchase a size up.

Good enough....

....for what you pay. I bought these the next size up from my usual size and the length is perfect but these are quite narrow to slip on. After about 5 rides now, the opening is relaxing so seems it will be OK. These have the shallowest tread pattern I have EVER seen in a boot and it's very easy to slip when trying to move your heavy bike over a sandy or gravelly surface while mounted. These claim to be waterproof (time will tell) but they are HOT in warm weather. As stated, the price is the big attraction.

MotoCentric Raid Boots

Good buy/good value for the $$$. Ii would recommend this all day long, but their sizing is not correct. I wear a 9.5 shoes/ boots so base on people's comments I ordered an 11 and it 11 and they fit perfect. I have to say that they are a bit narrow compare to SIDI boots. Bottom line for the price you can not go wrong.

Great Value

Excellent value at the reduced price. Based on posted comments I ordered one size larger and they fit very well. I like the short height easy access. Comfortable to walk around in when off the bike. Didn't take long to break in. Boot feels and looks to be well constructed. I have been purchasing MotoCentric gear for some time and have been pleased with their products.

inexpensive riding boots

bought them a size larger than I normally wear. they fit great, comfortable right from the start. I had to adjust my shift lever to accommodate the boots slightly taller toe area but no big deal. quite a bargain for the sale price.

MotoCentric Raid Boots

I read all the reviews, and since I wear a size 9 - I ordered these in size 10 and held my breath. They are nice looking, they're extremely tight and difficult to get on at first, but when my foot finally popped in; they're pretty darn comfortable. I expect to have to wear "dress socks" with these boots as my little cotton socks pretty much are too bulky. Hmmmm, haven't used boots to ride yet with the Northeast winter setting in & bikes garaged... :( So, for $39.95 (minus my $10 coupon) that is = $29.95 these boots are staying with me. Ha!

I Don't Agree About Sizing

After reading reviews I ordered a size up, especially since I normally wear a half size and EE wide. Fortunately the return process was easy and the half size DOWN fit perfectly. Price on sale was amazing. Only complaint is that the toe box is tall enough to make upshifts more of a challenge. That looks like an issue with many boots I see.

Motocentric Raid Boots

Motocentric NEVER disappoints me with ALL their products....I have been using their sector boots for a long time and now I like these raid boots even more. I don't need a ankle stabilizer for my damaged ankle because you get GREAT ankle support and great shift feel. They are very warm for cold weather riding and no laces makes quick get up and go...Price was excellent too. Motorcycle Superstore and Motocentric are SATISFACTION GUARANTEED everytime....
