    FMF Power Core 4 Slip-On Exhaust

    The exhausts of the factory bikes have the bling factor but the PowerCore 4 Slip-On has similar power, more durability and a much lower price tag. In addition, the stainless steel and aluminum construction will cut weight compared to the stock muffler. For the real world dirt biker, this is a very good option for bumping up the power.

    FMF power core 4 slip on

    Bought for my 2002 CRF450r. I love the sound, and the look. Very satisfied with the product ONCE INSTALLED. Bolts provided were not long enough, had to go to the hardware store to fix that problem. And PLEASE get rid of that stupid clamp and install a welded bracket for goodness sake. Give product 9 out of 10 only because of that clamp. Very reasonably priced.

    Perfect Exhaust - Sweet Price

    Not the top of the line FMF model but that's ok, this exhaust fit my 06 Honda XR650L just right on the first try. The sound is just what I was hoping for- deep, crisp but not too loud. No dyno results to confirm but it honestly feels like the bike gained maybe 4hp and the throttle response is perfect.

    HOLY POWER!!!

    I own a 98' XR400R and I was disappointed with the "power output" with the stock exhaust and jets. So, I bought this bad puppy and re-jetted my bike and WOW!!!! Instantly I felt and heard the difference. My top speed improved! This pipe also sounds great! And for the price you cant go wrong!

    Instant improvement overall in performance. I had done the smog block off, rejetting, air box mods and replaced filter with K+N, but it needed the FMF Powercore 4 to make it all come together. I would highly recommend it to anyone who has a x0l.

    FMF Power Core 4 Slip-On Exhaust

    Put this on a 2008 KTM 505sxf. Sound is the biggest difference. The open exhaust without the incert is much louder than stock. An incert without the spark screen (made it myself) took some of the sharp crack out. Motor seems to breath slightly better than stock with the incert in. Need to put it on a dyno or run them back to back for difference. I retained the stock header pipe so an aftermarket pipe might make a difference with this exhaust.

    We got the dual slip on mufflers. After some jetting we got the most out of these PERFORMANCE mufflers. My son has a 08 250 r it added more bottom end mid range and quicker rev out. Yup my son is smiling OH yea it sounds great but we were after performance and that's what we got. Very minor install mod to get complete seal to header. Son stay out of the rev limiter please...DANG it sounds GUD!

    Oh you mean you have to repack it every 30 hours?

    I don't recall seeing it in the product description but the instructions supplied with the muffler stated the muffle has to be repacked every 20-30 hours. I might have purchased a different muffler if I had known. That said the performance is great. My KLX250S is a different machine. It gave me an extra 10 Miles/hr on my commute to work. The bike starts better and gets better fuel economy. Sounds like a motorcycle now and not a moped!

    power core 4 fmf

    I thought this product was great I had no trouble with it putting it on my Yamaha WR250 except the exhaust pipe rubs on my rear fender muffler guard so I had to put heating tape on the plastic but other than that it gives it a nice smooth power and sound especially after I had put the fmf jet kit installed I loved this product it fit great.
