Amazing value

I'm not going to add much to the conversation. The build quality of these gloves is amazing for their price point. Great fit, comfort and protection. I didn't care much for the bright yellow thread but I dulled it up with a black Sharpie and now the subtle contrast between the stitching and the leather is perfect. These gloves can stand toe to toe with gloves costing hundreds more.

So good I bought them again

I bought my first pair of these gloves in 2006. After ten years and 60,000 miles, my left index finger had poked through, and the velcro fasteners were worn out. I tried on a lot of different brands, but nothing came close to the fit and comfort of these, at any price. I wear them in all weather and temperatures down to about 40F. Colder than that and I need heated liners in order to remain comfortable.

Perfect glove for my yellow 05 drz400sm

I love this glove, it is the only glove I have ever owned and I keep buying the same ones because of how satisfied I am! Couldn't be happier with the product!

Perfect!

Great pair of gloves. Exactly what I was looking for! Looking forward to years of wear. Bought for my husband. I like the yellow stitching, it matches his jacket and helmet just perfect. I'm thrilled with the Kevlar thread running through the glove, for extra protection.

2nd Pair of all-around favorite gloves

I just bought my second pair of these, after putting about 75,000 miles on the first pair over 10 years! The good: comfort, durability, linings that don't tear or catch on rings etc, rain resistant, good for 50-100* temps, padding is durable, stitching holds up well, articulated everywhere needed. Neutral: venting is minimal, leather slowly fades. The bad: nothing on the old pair The new pair: Same as above except that large is now larger than on the previous pair so they've taken awhile to conform to my hands.

Great Set

Bought these a while back and as so many have said, they will be stiff at first until broken in. That is the sign of thick leather though, which these are. I have owned many other gloves over the years of the racer variety that were much more expensive and that did not hold up over the long run, especially those with roo leather in the palm. Once these break in, the feel is just as good as roo. Since glove manufacturers tend to change the design and style fairly often, and not wanting to be without my 340's, I went ahead and BOUGHT ANOTHER PAIR just to be sure these would not go away (or be changed, not for the better). Trouble is, the first pair has not worn out yet and I have had them for 3-4 seasons. I usually ride every day. Just get them. They are great!

8 years and counting

These have been my only gloves for 8 years and many thousands of miles over several cross-country trips. Not terribly comfy when brand new, but one or two good soakings in the rain and they form to your hands nicely. You could say they fit like a glove. The little vent on the back doesn't do a whole lot, though on cooler days that's actually nice since there's no way to close it. It probably does help prevent hands from getting more sweaty than necessary. These aren't hot-weather gloves in the sense that mesh gloves are, but for a full leather gauntlet with great protection they really aren't bad. And while not insulated they are quite good in cool weather as well. After 8 years, with both knuckle guards now starting to come off it's probably about time to replace these but they just keep on going. The construction is quite robust, the leather is very good quality (or I would certainly have worn holes through them like every other pair of gloves I've owned by now), and I'm still confident they will do all that any glove could to protect my hands in the event of a get-off. when I do eventually spring for new gloves, I'd be hard-pressed to choose any other model.

I'm a fan

Absolutely love these gloves. I've owned these gloves for several years and minus a rip in my right glove there're perfect. Absolutely love these gloves.

Best gloves for the price.

These gloves have the features and durability of the high end gloves at the price point of some mid level gloves that I've owned. After 6 months of Florida rain and sun 5 days a week these gloves still feel and look like new. The gloves have yellow stitches not black as shown, it still looks good. I've not tested them to the pavement but I'm very confident they would protect me well. They are comfortable ~80 F all the way down to the 40's, but thats about as cold as it gets in North Fl.

Racing Gloves

I love these gloves. They fit perfect and have the right amount of protection and flexibility. I plan to use these on track days and needed affordable gauntlet gloves. My everyday pair are also Olympia. No other gloves fit so well!

Great Gloves

I have owned these gloves for about four months and after breaking them in they have been stellar. Good level of protection for street riding and in four months of constant use they are holding up very well. I am definitely pleased with my purchase.

A Bit Bulky

I bought these for my dualsport for the work commute. They are padded well, bulky, and provide excellent protection if I were to crash. However.....they are bulky, making reaching the controls cumberson. I've decided to keep this as my back up pair....bought a pair of First Gear Ultra Mesh Gloves.....fabulous gloves....but if you're looking for super padded the Olympias fit the bill.

Great gloves

I agree with all of the reviews before me. Stiff but only at first, vent works but start to get hot above 80f ((27c) I still wear them =p). I love Olympia gloves, these fit true to size, I'd buy these again.

Olympia 340 vented gloves

I've always bought Olympia gloves after buying my first pair. They just seem to fit me better than any other glove I have ever had. Thanks for such a good product at a good price.
