excellent rain jacket for the $, wish the matching pants had good reviews i would have got that too, been in really heavy down pours and my shirt underneathe was bone dry, the front pocket is a bit awkward, but overall really great keeping the water out so can overlook minor things like pockets.

I've use the jacket to go over my Dainese leather jacket when it rains, and its NEVER let me down even riding DAILY during rainstorms. I use it daily as a windblocker to keep me warm in the winter months. It fits very well over my bulky armored leather jacket (I'm using the Large/44) and I'm 5'9" 160lbs. I'm amazed at how well it breathes, and how dry its been able to keep me, my leathers have never been soaked.

yes they are great in hot weather. yes they are a weird material. yes they keep water out well. yes they have a hood. yes the legs have great openings to slide your boots through. And yes they melt all over your pipes. So, if you have a goldwing, or bmw, or concourse... you will be fine and probably like them. if you ride pretty much anything else, yer screwed. i wore mine for 80 miles. slightly over an hour. that is a dollar a minute and a dollar a mile. yeah. that hurt the ol' pocketbook.

I bought these gloves about a year ago. The price for the gloves was the cheapest part. I read the reviews before I bought them. Many of the reviewers complained about the stiching. I too, noticed single stiching around the glove. Before I started using them. I took them to a seamstress to double up the stitching. They keep my hands dry no matter how hard it rains. They keep my hands warm in the cold...to a point. Zero and below, they're less effective. I wear xl gloves. These fit nicely over both my summer and winter gloves. The only trouble is getting the cuffs up past my wrists. The stitching has held up nicely, so far. I live in Victoria BC. The weather is very mild, here. So I'm able to ride my electric scooter year round. The scooter tops out at 30 kph. Not exactly high speed, like being on a motor bike. Yes, like anything else, these gloves take a little getting used to. Yes, I would recommend this product. I also recommend reinforcing the stitching.
