Product Information

Renthal 520 Ultralight Off-Road Rear Sprocket

Renthal Ultralight rear chainwheels are manufactured to extremely tight tolerances from a special material developed to withstand the rigors of supercross, motocross and enduro racing.

The 7075 T6 aluminum alloy rear chainwheels are 66% lighter than steel, yet incredibly durable. Their advanced tooth profile, concentricity and accuracy of fit provide maximum power transfer and long-life.

Renthal's combination of a very high strength base material and an exceptionally hardwearing surface result in significantly increased chainwheel life over other brands.

Features:

  • Renthal Ultralight chainwheels are 66% lighter than steel
  • Precision CNC manufactured to extremely tight tolerances
  • High strength specially enhanced 7075 T6 aluminum alloy
  • Computer aided Ultralight design gives the maximum reduction of unsprung weight at the rear wheel, to give maximum power transfer
  • Self-cleaning mud grooves between every tooth on both sides prevent dirt build up

Renthal Ultralight chainwheels are used by more factory motocross and supercross teams than any other chainwheel in the world, including:

  • Factory Honda
  • Factory Kawasaki
  • Pro-Circuit Kawasaki
  • Team Honda Martin Racing
  • Team Kawasaki Europe

Renthal rear sprocket

Had wanted a steel sprocket when I placed the order but recieved an alluminum one when it showed up and didnt want to wait another week.Would not recommend to anyone riding a 450. Won't last more than maybe 20 hours before the teeth start stretching.

Got a WR250X and it helped a lot. The OE one is heavy and the Renthal one is light. Got only 300 hard miles on it and so far looks like new still.

Great sprocket. These are lightweight and durable but won't last as long as a heavier metal sprocket will. We have used renthal chains and sprockets on our motocross bikes for years and they fit, and wear well.

Great product. I put it on my 07 wr250F and now the power on the low end comes on faster and the torque down low is great!

Product is great for the price. The teeth wear slightly faster than the reinforced sprockets but ultimately hold up very well. I will buy this sprocket again.

Fits great, looks great, and adding two extra teeth really increased the power of my crf250r and the red dresses it up nicely.

Renthal 50T Sprocket

This is a great buy!! I went up two teeth in rear which made my KX250F scream out of the berms!! I gave the Durability a 3 due to the fact the black is wearing off pretty quick from where it rubs on the chain slider.
