Product Information

Joe Rocket Resistor Mesh Jacket

Not a full mesh jacket and not a full textile jacket either, the Joe Rocket Resistor instead resides somewhere in the middle of the jacket spectrum with a nice mix of both. Comfortable to wear in roughly three seasons, the Resistor is also provided with a zip-in insulated vest for serious drops in temperature. Fully supplied with CE armor, each protector can be adjusted and removed by way of external zippers. And like all Joe Rocket jackets this one features the 6-point SureFit™ system to help tailor in the fit quickly and easily.
  • Combined Hitena™, Rocktex™ 600, and Free Air™ mesh hybrid outer shell for maximum impact resistance and mesh cooling where you need it
  • Full flex™ system - precision tailored fusion of pliable mesh (underarm/shoulder/back) and articulated back expansion panels, drastically augmenting mobility
  • Externally accessible C.E. approved armor in shoulders and elbows
  • Removable spine armor with pocket for optional C.E. spine armor
  • 6-point SureFit™ custom adjustment system including the newly designed “front pull” waist adjuster for easy user access and more secure fit
  • Snap loops for attaching jacket to belt
  • 8” rear zipper for pant attachment
  • Removable insulated vest liner
  • Reflective stripe

This Jacket Is Awesome!!!

I am 5'9" and around 185lbs and this jacket fits awesome. Feels great on, and looks even better than I thought it was going to look. The elbow pads move a little and stay in place better with my sweater on under the jacket. For the price and quality of this jacket its more than worth it!!!

Joe Rocket Resistor Mesh

I am 5'9" and weigh 190. I ordered a large and it fits me perfect, however the padding around the elbow tends to shift side to side, unless wearing a thick shirt. The finish is an eye catcher, I receive compliment on color (red/Blk) I'll have to see how well it holds up to hours of VA sun. I think the reflective material could be a little wider. For the product, the cost is a nice bang for the buck. I highly recommend this product!

Great look, great Fit

So I'm a gear junky. I enjoy looking good while staying safe. The wife hates that I spend what I do but likes that I'm safe. This jacket has great padding that positions well and doesn't move around on me. I get lots of complements on it. Stay safe and keep riding. Ride on!

Size is off- usually wear a medium but had to send it back for a small, but once you get the correct size it fits great. Lots of air flow and lots of protection in the jacket from the factory. No need to buy extra armor.

Very Nice Jacket

I am very impressed with this jacket. I ordered the size I actually am and it fit perfect. The quality as with my other Joe Rocket gear is top notch for the money. It is attractive as well. A great mild weather jacket!

Joe Rocket Resistor Mesh

I have lots of trouble finding a European sized jacket to fit. It seems as if they are designed for small, slim built men. The Joe Rocket Resistor is definitely an American fit. It fit like a glove without suffocating me. It looked so good with its color scheme when I first tried it on until I took a high speed test ride to get the bug juice embedded in the fabric.
