Too many great reviews for a poor quality product

Too many people review this shoe without really using it. It looks great, feels good without a doubt. I loved it for the first week of using it. However after 1 month I realize the shoe is poorly made, offers minimal protection, and the worst part for me was the sole of the shoe. Just poor quality shoes...Within 1 week i noticed the wear on the toe from shifting, within a month it was practically a hole\tear. Protection is minimal, in the event of an accident i cannot see the ankle padding or material that covers your toes holding up. Worse of all is the sole. It provides no grip. Even out of the box you will be surprised at how smooth and flat the sole feels. After 2 weeks it was like trying to stop on roller skates. The small lines viewed between the stylish pattern near the front toes and heel look like one solid piece of rubber within the first month for me. This caused me to nearly dropped my bike coming to a stop in a friends driveway. Cheaper Stylish shoe is what these are, nothing more. If you want the looks on the cheap then buy this one and you wont be disappointed. If you want to protect your ankle\foot, and your investment in your motorcycle find a different boot.

The hidden laces are terrible

Nice looking motorcycle shoes, they fit good and work well on my bike but the hidden laces are terrible. It takes ten minutes to put them on correctly. Those steel rivets you see in the picture are just for looks, they lace up with some small hidden loops inside. It's a real shame because otherwise they're really nice. I wouldn't recommend buying them.

My new motorcycle shoe

I purchased this product and I am very satisfied. I looked a lot for shoes and I had no idea what to get until a buddy of mine recommended these. They are great riding shoes. I ride a Kawasaki Ninja 250r and they work great. Other shoes that I had I didn't like because my foot would move around too much so I couldn't really feel the gear shifter, but in these they are comfortable like normal shoes but have the protection of riding shoes. My only complaint is that the soul of the shoe isn't super padded so if you are walking around in them your feet get kind of sore after a while. But then again they are meant for riding, so that would be my only complaint. Other than that they are spectacular.

Awesome boots

I commute to work on a motorcycle and last week, started wearing these Black 9's. I brought an extra pair of shoes to change into when I got to work but the Black 9's were so comfortable that I just left them on and wore them all day. I have not had them long enough to comment on durability but they fit great and I've gotten lots of compliments on the looks.

Moto 9 riding shoe (sneaker)

Good looking, casual sneaker-like motorcycle shoe with just enough protection for Summer riding. For long rides and cold months I prefer my other "heavier" riding boots. But I can walk around comfortably with these shoes once at my destination, which is really nice. And they really do look great.

Update to my June 2014 Review

It's been a year now so some news to report....This is based on 6 months of daily commuting Results: My right shoe is completely fallen apart in three places. Do they produce the other side with a different crew/machinery? Sad thing is another friend bought based on my 2014 recommendation, and his stitching fell apart BY JUST WEARING THEM AROUND THE HOUSE!!). Summary: I wouldn't recommend these ...

These Shoes are great!

These shoes look great and fit very well! I ordered a size 11 and they fit like any of my other shoes. I'm not sure about durability yet as I've only had them for a little while. The only complaint I have so far is the tread does not provide that much grip when I try and manually reverse my bike when parking.......I've slipped here and there. Not a big deal though.......I really like them.

So far, so good!!

Always get worried how things will fit ordering shoe/boots online. I found these to be true to size for me. As far as durability I guess time will tell. I've been wearing them on and off the bike to break them in. I wouldn't be walking miles in these shoes but I think they look good and are a good alternative to wearing boots. As far as protection wise, hopefully won't have to find that out and plan on keeping the soles on the ground.

Great shoes

I read the reviews and someone said the sizes run large, but they don't, so I wasted money ordering a larger size to compare. Shoes are comfortable and stylish.

Well, they looked good...

After 1 ride a wear mark started to show on the shifting foot. After another ride a hole developed. Safe to say if I wore these for another few rides I would have been shifting with my bare foot. My question is how could these in any way protect your foot in event of an accident? I have to admit I loved how these shoes looked and fit but after having to return after a few times wearing them I definitely would not recommend these shoes.

nice MC boots

I really like these boots. It gives the feel of an all-around well constructed motorcycle boot in the comfort of an ordinary high-top (Converse). Durability is top quality. Well constructed. Cosmetically looks like an ordinary street shoe. Only down side is the sole is rather flat. Easy fix is to get a Dr. Sholl insert. Very comfortable after that. Very pleased.
