Product Information

Regina 520 Conversion Kits
  • Front sprocket, rear sprocket and a precut chain make a convenient kit for the dealer or consumer
  • Sprockets are made of high-quality steel and have OEM gearing
  • Chain is Regina's high-performance Z-ring series with gold outer plates and Z40 sealing rings, which dramatically improves performance and wear life; includes both clip and rivet-type masterlinks
  • 520 conversion kits include all the above, but the rear sprocket is aluminum rather than steel, which in some applications reduces the chain + sprocket weight by as much as 2.5 lbs

Great Product

I usually don't comment much on what I buy but I feel that I must put down at least something about this kit, the reason, is this kit is awesome. The fit was excellent and it was a cinch to install on my 02 CBR600F4i and even though it was back ordered it still got here in less than a week from Motorcycle Superstore, so kudos to them for the excellent service! So far I have about 2,500 miles on it and outside from the normal break-in and adjustment, it has held up great and the looks, with the gold chain, has improved the looks of my bike greatly. Anyone with a little mechanical know how will not have a problem installing this kit and I recommend it to anyone looking for a 520 conversion for their bike.

Regina 520 aluminum kit

The weight loss is unbelievable, the aluminum is light as a feather and you can really feel the acceleration and throttle response with this kit. Best money I’ve invested into my f4i is this kit. (k&n, pwr commander, full yoshi)

Easy to put on. No need to worry if you got the right number of teeth. Just put it on, align it and go.
