First off, I like everything about this helmet, except the ear pockets.
I wear an XXL because I have a big head, big nose, big chin, and big ears, hence the XXL size. This helmet's ear pockets hurt my ears to the point that I had to remove the chin strap padding.
This helmet is chill like ice....it has a tendency to fog up a little on chilly nights.... But it's better choice than the full face helmet I got .... Doesn't fog up as much as that one. Over all .... Love this helmet like dove chocolate...
Fit: I agree with the other reviews, that it is very tight to take on and off, it hurts my ears. Once on the fit is good. I think the collar pads may be too firm.
Features: I like the bubble shield for style but it has a bit of wind load when you turn your head at high speeds, hence the title "a real head turner." The leather trimmed liner is nice, it makes the helmet feel high quality, as does the chrome edge on the face opening.
Airflow is good. There is a lot of wind noise at high speeds.
Appearance: This helmet gets compliments everywhere. Unlike my bike, 1968 CB350 which only gets compliments from old guys, this helmets gets comments from everyone.
Cost Benefit: I believe there are better performing helmets at lower prices, but I knew what I was getting and I am happy. Appearance is a priority for me so I am not disappointed.
Fit perfectly, was a little tight at first but after breaking it in it's fine. Great helmet for the price, the only negative thing I can think of is that the silver and Hi-Vis parts aren't as reflective as I thought they would be. Overall still a great value.
