Great tire!

This is my second set of the Pirelli MT66 and couldn't be happier. Being a year round rider this tire saw 16k in just over a year. Probably should have changed them a few thousand miles sooner but held up very well. I definitely recommended this tire and motorcyle superstore to every rider I come across.

Good Value

This tire works well. The treadwear was not what I had expected but realized that I needed to check it more frequently so was likely running it too low at times.Good stability wet or dry. Cornering is solid.

New tires for me. Less than 500 miles on the tires front and rear. Good dry weather traction so far. Haven't had any rain lately so can't say anything about that. Ride is smooth corners good. Will have to wait and see about tread wear.

Pirelli MT66 100/90S 19 front tire

I really like this tire. Mounted on a Yamaha Star Bolt 950CC 540lbs. I put 18,819 miles on & changed it when the warning bars were level with the tread. The oem front tire only went 13,199 miles. The new tire is an H instead of S and feels great after 1,000 miles.

Great grip

I squeezed 13,000 miles out of it, though if I hadn't been on a cross-country trip, I'd have changed it 1500 miles ago. No tread left to speak of, which says something for the strength of the tire --it still gripped in hard cornering and across 100+ degree deserts in that condition. I corner hard, occasionally dragging pegs; the tire is scrubbed right to the edge of the tread, and I never had a hint of slip. It's on a 1982 CBX, which weighs about 670 lbs.

Very impressive

This is the second set I've put on my 1983 R80 BMW. They're quite similar to the original fitment, including a tendency to follow Bay Area rain grooves. But great mileage, including a lot of hard riding on twisties. In fact, I changed them out only because a track school I was riding wanted new tires. So they put me in the B group first. (I admitted I hadn't been on the track in over 35 years.) By mid morning I was passing everyone and moved up to A with the big kids. There, the bike was the slowest on the track, but those tires were amazing, immediately hauling me down from top speed (all of about 90) to 15 with nary a squeal, keeping me in contention through every tight corner, and sticking through the fast sweeper as if on a rail. (This was the "technical" Sonoma County Raceway - formerly Sears Point.) On the off-camber right-hander I came in too fast and the rear jumped out but caught instantly without drama. After about 50, 2.5 mile laps, there were still some mold nipples showing on sides and center! Impressive! Stickiest hard tire I've ridden.

Secure feel from cornering & stopping traction is improved over original equipment tires on my Star Bolt. I ride 1,500 miles a month & I like these tires.

Good so far

Was an exact match to the old tire, seems to be balanced well. It is winter here and not riding now. Have to say the shipper did a great job, the tire was not squashed or distorted when it arrived. I was able to mount the tire with ease and no problem with the sealing bead.

Great Tire

Got it installed on a Vulcan Nomad 1600 and noted a improvement in the handling of my bike. It sure is a buy.

Great tire for the price

I use the tire on my 2009 Vulcan Custom 900. I have the matching back tire, and together, they are a great pair of tires. I have nothing bad to say, only good.

Good tire for Suzuki VL-800 cruiser

I have been using Pirelli MT66's for four years on my Suzuki VL-800 Boulevard. They wear well, and, given that I don't push this little cruiser in corners or in dirt, they stay on the road in both dry and wet situations. I will probably continue to renew with these as long as I ride this bike.

Pirelli MT 66

I have a 1400 Suzuki Intruder GLP. The tire's I had on my bike were Dunlop 404's. These tires did not wear well. The Pirelli's hold the road well and make cornering all too easy. Yesterday I was riding my bike through the back roads of Vermont. Without warning the road ended and I was traveling on a dirt road covered with gravel. To my suprise the Pirelli's handled it very well. Of course I had to ride slowly.
