This is the correct rear tire for Suzuki TU250X

In case you're looking for a replacement rear for your TU250X, this is the one you need. I installed it by hand, it is a very stiff tire (it's meant to run tubeless) so it requires some work to get the tube in and then get the tire on correctly without munging up your tube. Be careful and use proper tools. The tire takes a LOT of pressure to get the bead to seat, because you are using a tube to inflate inside the tire. I had to inflate north of 50psi before the side beads would pop into seated position. Then you deflate back down to standard pressure. Tire feels great, even when new. Looks great too. Can't beat this price.

712 shinko on a 1100 moto guzzi

I ran 9,000 miles on the rear and its good for another 2,000. grip and turn in as good as other premium tires and I have been running the 777 on my road king with similar great results. these are the best deal in motorcycle tires. I have purchased about 10 pairs of shinkos in the last 4-5 years and I am not switching to anything else.

Shenko 712 rear tire

Good price and it shipped out quickly. The Shenko tires I have bought so far have worn slightly faster than some tires, but they handle well, and you can trust them in a tight curve, so I'll take that every time. Thanks.

Good for TU250

Fits the bike same as the standard OEM. You will need to over inflate with valve core out and lubrication to seat the bead a fair amount. Beefier than the stock for this bike.

Great tire for the price

I have a set of these tires on my Harley and I think their great. I haven't had any problems whatsoever. I've ridden them wet and dry and there has been no loss of grip. I have about 600 miles on them so far and the nipples are still on the tire.

Great value

I've tried just about every brand and the Shinko is as good as any I've had. They don't last quite as long as some but cost about half as much. They handle well in dry or wet conditions. I have five bikes in my family and four are running Shinkos, the other one still has its original tires, but it will be running Shinkos too when replacement time comes.

review at end of tire life

ok so i am ready for another rear tire on my 454 kawasaki ltd so thought i would rate this one before moving on to the next one. yes moving up to the tourmaster in hopes of getting better mileage from the rear. front still going strong but rear is in need of changing after about 5000 miles. really the only knock i have with the tire is the mileage, but i knew that going in but got it cause it was the cheapest and i had just got the bike running so did not want to spend too much on the tire. tire size is a 140/90/15 and it has served its purpose well and i hope to get better mileage out of the tourmaster.

Best value and quality tires around

I cannot say enough good things about the Shinko tires I put on my Triumph Thruxton. $117 for BOTH tires (incl. shipping) and got 9,000 miles from the rear and the front still looks almost new. Great grip in wet or dry, zero tracking issues - fantastic value and quality tires. Just put another rear on yesterday - there was no question that I was going for another Shinko....I am now a loyal Shinko customer!
