amazing piece of rubber

I’ve run dunlop and perelli tires before but I really like that fact that over all the other ones the metzlers have really fast warm-up time for a street tire and they are extremely sticky wont review the wet traction because well I live in the desert and it doesn’t really rain but I plan on buying this tire again def semper fi

Love em!

Put these on my 98 Katana last October, replaced the aged, original Batlax on the bike that was chock full of surprises! The M3's were just such a huge confidence booster I cannot even begin to describe it. If you have ever ridden on an old tire you will understand. M3's stick like glue, I get enough lean on them to rub the feet off the elephants and had no loss in traction. Had them up to 140 mph and I'm still here. Have over 3,000 miles on them and would guesstimate wear at a little over half way mark. I see a lot of negative remarks in wear category. These tires will get you home alive after very "spirited" riding. Show me a car tire that can do the same things we ask from a bike tire!

Metzler-Sportec M3 Rear

I previously owned the Metzler Sportec M1 for my 1994 Honda CBR1000F. I couldn't find the M1's, so I got the M3's instead. Had them mounted (front and back) and went on a trip to Marietta Ohio. Three days of riding in rolling hills of Ohio and West Virginia. The tires were great. Stuck like glue. I definite improvement from the M1's. I highly recommend these tires to anyone.

M3 160/60 ZR17

I bought my 1994 ZX-6 two years ago and the tires that came with it were awful. The back end was jumping around under fast acceleration, when stopping my back end would be sliding, it was scary being this was my first motorcycle ever. I honestly thought of giving up bike riding until a friend told me to try a different tire. I did some research and came up with M3 tires. These tires were the best thing that ever happen to me, no more slipping, stable as can be. As hard as I can twist the throttle these tires can handle it. I have now converted all my riding buddies to M3. Got 6500 mile on my rear tire and the front still looks new.

The Metzeler Sportec M3 is a terrific tire.

I have an '02 Honda CBR1100XX and had been running Pirelli Diablo Strada's on the rear on either reg. Diablos or Corsa III's on the front. I really like that combination. I didn't think the M3's would be as good, but they feel much better in many ways. I trust these tires completely. In corners they stick like glue. I just ran over a fencing nail after putting less than a thousand miles on the tires so I have a new rear M3 coming to replace it. For that reason, take my wet traction and tread life ratings with a grain of salt. I haven't really ridden with these tires in a decent rain and I always ride conservatively in the rain anyway. I don't expect the tread life on the rear to be as good as the Strada because it's a softer compound, but it seems to be wearing very well.

better than expected

Sticky tires, way better than my last set of pilot power c2. This is my new best friend. I haven’t put thousands of miles of them yet but even during break-in they performed better than my pilot powers at their peak performance. Good enough for track days I would say.

M3 long life

I commute 90 miles a day on a Honda 929. I was getting 6000 miles on the old rear tire. Once I switched to the M3's I now have been getting 17-18000 miles out of the pair. The dual compound is the best.

I got these tires because I have heard good things about them. Well after about 2000 miles they still have allot of life on them. I think I will stay with the M3's.

Wicked tire for a good rider

Been riding sport bikes for a long time and I love this tire. I get about 6000 km's to a rear and 10-12000 front I corner hard and it gives me great feedback. I can feel everything right up to max lean when you can feel your rear sliding that little bit. Feedback and traction in dry and wet is second to none (unless your going to a wet tire) Buy these if you want a street legal race tire and are treating it as such.
