z1r helmet

Normally wear a large. Bought a medium and it fits just right. Does not ride up on head at high speeds. (I don't use a windscreen.) I wear goggles & earplugs & have removed the ear/neck protector for the summer. Smart style with Triumph Bonneville. A good value. Recommend.

Well built

I wear this style of helmet in the warmer months. The Nomad replaces an el-cheapo half helmet that I had for a couple seasons. There is a bit of the "mushroom head" look to the fit. And I'll never use the ear and neck curtain, but my girlfriend uses the skirt on hers. Keeps her hair the way she wants it. Chin strap is too short and a bit of a pain.

Great First Helmet

I tried on a lot of helmets and was very skeptical about purchasing online. It fit as described and doesn't sit really high. Taking my riding class next month. Can't wait to get the bike in the wind.

One of my favorite helmets!

The helmet actually goes down on my head not riding on top. I ride at high speeds most of the time and I like the way the helmet does not ride up feeling like it may come off. I would buy a size smaller because this helmet is made to fit American oval heads so they do feel a little large but stay on well. I will be buying another when the time comes to replace this one!

Z1R Nomad Helmet

It's a great helmet, just wish it had the snaps to put on a flip up shield. I bought some snaps and drilled into helmet, screwed snaps on and installed flip up shield. Works great. I like the zip off ear padding for hot weather. Very happy with purchase.

Decent Profile for DOT Half Helmet

Trying to avoid the "mushroom effect" is almost impossible in a DOT approved 1/2 helmet. This one has delivered the closest to the exception that I have been able to find. Requires goggles or sunglasses. Don't find wind effect to be a problem, as some do, and my size 7 head fit the S helmet as advertised. Wish it had a latch buckle vice a D-ring, but for the money found this to be a good purchase.

Great Helmet!

By far the most comfortable helmet I've owned. Sizing runs a little bit on the large side but not by much. I didn't order the next size down as some have done. The helmet also looks great too!

Buy 1 size down. Other than that the Superstore and helmet are great.

Super helmet

I bought this for my girlfriend and she loves it. She was between sizes so we ordered down and that was the right call. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this helmet or Motorcycle Superstore to anyone.

Fine For the Money

Size runs large. Had to exchange for next size down. Also the fit of the helmet is mildly uncomfortable because the way it is shaped it rests on top of your ears slightly. Had to remove the visor. It created really annoying wind buffeting that would force my sunglasses down my nose. Other than that the finish and quality of the lining and padding seem to be nice. Don't want to complain too much because you can't beat the price.
