Good Product for the Price

Kit arrived in a very nice package. Setup was easy, especially the second set. Sound quality is good on the bike, though I keep the volume pretty loud. There is a lag when initializing conversation between my wife and I, but once started it is very easy to continue. Buttons on receiver are large and conveniently placed to use even with gloves on. I highly recommend this kit to anyone looking for a communication set for their bike.

Good, but Could be Better

I like the product. The packaging is nice, but hides several of the pieces, or maybe just me. Use mostly for rider<->passenger communications, so no rating on range. I ride a '15 Fatboy, with short pipes and no baffles (loud). Add in the wind noise and I need to turn the volume al the way up, and that introduces distortion. Takes a minute for them to come off stand-by, but they do work, battery life seems good. I installed the spacers that move the speakers closer to my ears. That helps, but still more (& clearer) volume would be good. Overall good product and I would recommend it to anyone that needs a communication system.

Very impressed!

Have had a set for my son and I for almost a year. Never had any problems other than batteries running out before we did... but it is a good 8-10 hours as advertised. Now my husband and other son are going to start riding with us, so I'm getting 2 more!

Pass on this item

This unit is too complicated to operate/configure. Will not stay paired with same unit riding partner has. Turns off after a very short time and takes several minutes/tries to get it to turn back on. Very poor sound quality, and limited communication distance. Do not even consider purchasing this unit.
