C E Elbow Knee Armour

These are quite small if you are using them as knee pads and my last ones fell to pieces quite quickly which I'm hoping these don't. More importantly however, if you are thinking of purchasing these from the UK don't bother. Cost me £80 to get delivered despite paying delivery at checkout. I have tried to contact Motorcycle superstore on numerous occasions by e-mail to establish why but been ignored so in short a set of 20 dollar knee pads cost me nearly £100 !!

Works well

I have an older Joe Rocket mesh jacket and the elbow armor had disintegrated into a dozen pieces so I got this to replace it. I ordered the Large for use as elbow armor, and it fits well in the jacket. I've only had them for about a month, but they seem to be made out of the same material as the originals so I expect they'll fall apart as well over the next 5 years. However, that is plenty long for me, and the old ones that were in pieces still served me well.

Replacement pads

These were just right. I had purchased a used Joe Rocket jacket and the pads had been torn up.

Joe-Rocket-C-E--Standard-Elbow-Knee-Armor

At first I am always skeptical about buying replacement stuff online. Once I received my order and placed the elbow pads inside my Joe Rocket Jacket, I was VERY happy! the finish/durability of the armor and price were excellent.

Added protection for my Harley leather jacket

I think these seem to offer better protection the the Harley ones and they fit my Harley brand leather jacket like they were made for it. Flexible but stays in place. Looks durable, what's to go wrong with dense foam rubber.

Armor for Power Trip jacket

I purchased this armor for a PowerGlide jacket from Power Trip. Power trip is basically the same company as Joe Rocket, so they use very similar designs. The armor fit exactly the same as it did in my Joe Rocket Atomic jacket, which is to say it fit perfectly. I wouldn't recommend it for another brand of jacket, though since all the other brands I've seen have bigger pockets for the armor, which would make it slide around a bit.

Joe Rocket Knee/Elbow Armor

A bit pricey, but much better than what came with my jacket. Installs easily and seems much more substantial than OEM. The increased safety offsets the increased price. I'll get more for my other jackets.

Decent armor

I bought this for my Fieldsheer Jacket since the Fieldsheer elbow armor was back ordered. It fits and it’s comfortable. Flexible so you can move your arm but its CE so you know it works.

smaller than advertised!

These pads look awesome on the web but in real life they just barely cover my knee!

Good Protection

Fits comfortably both in the arms and legs of either the Joe Rocket pants or jacket. Much higher density that the existing armor provided in their products. Again, it is still a dense foam/rubber material, not plastic, so it conforms quite well to the arms or legs.

How much is upgraded protection worth?

Bought these to replace the stock armor in my JR Rasp jacket. More flexible, more comfortable, CE rated protection. When it's needed, it's inexpensive at any price.
