Best tires for my scooter

When my new scooter needed new tires, I went with these for front and back and have never went any where else. This will be my fourth or fifth set of tires and they are very smooth both on regular street and highway. Turning also is smooth and good grip unless they are worn out then it does slip a bit. Just wish the thread life could last a little longer.

Good tire

Purchased the matching rear Diablo scooter for my Buell Blast. So far so good, they handle and track well. My biggest concern is the durability and hopefully a long life span. The stock tires would wear thin at 4,200 miles or so. Looking to get much more out of the Diablo's.

Excellent Choice

Use the Diablo's on a Ducati 900SS and figured I'd try the Diablo Scooter cousin on my Vespa GTS300 Super -- excellent choice!

Diablos on a Buell Blast

Only have a few hundred miles on 'em but so far so good. Traction is fine on both dry and wet pavement, no problems with stability and cornering. Can't speak to tread life although I've read I'll maybe get 6,000 miles or so out of the front tire on a Blast, maybe half that for the rear tire.

Perfect for Honda Silverwing

This is my 2nd set of these tires. Previous set lasted 8k miles. New tires are smooth and stick in the curves.

Great tire for my '04 Ninja 250

I've had this on the front of my bike for 6 months and 7,000 miles- this is a huge upgrade from stock tires! Traction is great in all conditions, turn-in is quick but bike is stable mid-turn, bike rides smoothly and doesn't follow grooves in the road any more. I got a little taller than stock for the Ninja 250, but I'm happy because: 1) the speedometer is more accurate now, odometer is still basically correct; 2) the bike is a bit more stable on the freeway.

Well Pleased

This is the 2nd tire I have ordered from M.S. in the past 4 months. Both are Pirelli's. The first I ordered was rear. These are excellent tires. Add to that excellent service and a killer price, how can you go wrong? Thanks.

Majesty tires

One thing that does not get mentioned in these reviews, the Pirelli Diablo is the only radial scooter tire available, out of all the other brands. I have had almost all the various brands of tires on my Majesty. Dunlop (stock when new), IRC, Avon, and Pirelli. I have gotten tires so far out of balance they required 2-3 oz of balance weights. I have gotten tires with defects and bubbles and SPLITs in the carcass. Seems like most manufacturers don't care too much about the quality of a scooter tire. Out of all the tires I have tried, the Diablo has been the best. It gets moderate wear, but I am always wringing the throttle to get this heavy bike moving so I guess that is to be expected. The tires are stable in high speed sweepers and the bike feels good. Don't ride in the rain so I cannot comment on wet traction.

Great tires!

I love these tires! I bought them as a replacement for the Dunlops originally on my Buell Blast. These tires are an upgraded size and feel rock solid! I recently spent a month in TN and rode The Dragon 3 times, these tires performed admirably!

Perelli Diablo Front Scooter Tire

I use this tire on my 2008 Honda SilverWing Scooter. I get about 16000 miles on the front tire. I love this tire - sticks like glue. I have used about 5 of these tires and don't wish to switch to anything else.

Diablo Scooter Tire

I don't have any idea of the tread life at this point. I really like the tire and especially the price. I found it to be a little touchy at first (stability) but that was easy to counter.

Pirelli Diablo Front Tire on Buell Blast

I rated a 1 for wet traction because I haven't rode it in the rain yet and it wouldn't let me not put anything. I bought these for my Buell Blast (my first bike) and I can totally tell the difference in quality between these and the junkers that came on it. I feel safer and I am told these are high quality especially for the great price.

Tires for Blast F: 110/70 x16 and R: 140/70P x16

The front 110/70 x16 and the rear tire 140/70P x16 are safe oversize with the Buell Blast. The Pirelli Diablo has a slower transition compared to OEM sized tires. Wet pavement is good and the tread life is great for the harsh riding I've done. I have chicken strips on my tire still because the foot pegs start to scrape before I could even use the tires fully. But my overall first look review, great tire choice for the Buell Blast.

Transforms the bike

Paired this one with the Diablo rear and my scooter handles amazing. I can hang out in a corner leaned-over with absolute confidence and no feeling of falling down or unsteadyness. I hope they last and I will probably buy them again even if they don't.
