Best tire for the Buell Blast!

Great tire for the Buell. Rear lasted just over 10k kms, not bad considering riding style on this torquey single. Much better than the stock Dunlops as many will attest.

not tested in the rain yet but feels good - like the old tiger paws gripping the road

Bought a used TMAX and it didn't feel like I had a grip going around corners - I was wary of leaning to far - now with a new set of tires it feels great to trust the corners and keep the twist in the throttle. So far feels great but the real test will be when the rains start in again.

Pirelli Diablo Tires

These tires are the best tires I have had on my 05 Honda silverwing 600cc scooter.I have used Bridgestone, Dunlap tires before an not happy with those tires. I noticed a big difference in cornering, stability, and wet traction right away. I have been buying from Motorcycle Superstore for several years now an are very happy with customer service dept. When ordering this set of Pirelli tires in April, the tires were lost by UPS, and had to wait 8 business days before I could get another set of tires. I called Motorcycle Superstore soon as I knew there was a problem, after 5 days Motorcycle Superstore shipped out front an rear tires on Friday an I had them on Tuesday. Thanks for super fast service,

Great tires for a Grom!!

Compared to the super-hard stock tires, these are a dream. Great traction even throughout a very cold winter season. Stable in the wet, sticky as you'd expect in the dry. Highly recommended.

Diablos changed character of bike

Basic scooter tires are fat and flat resulting in slow turn and weak lean angle. But diablos have a more efficient, more elegant angle to the road. It is more simply standard scooter tire for my reflex is car-auto like and the Diablo is more sport bike like. The handling is amazing and may scare you a little at first but soon you are motorcycling not scootering I bought my first diablos for the reflex cause the superstore guy pointed out I was traveling 65-75 miles an hour 90 percent most of the time and standard scoot shoes just rated for such speeds The diablos were rated for around 100 mph. I feel safer with the margin. I don't hesitate to recommend them for their superior handling and bought second set for My silverwing Thank you super store guy, you were right on the money!

Changes the bike

Larger tire for the rear on my Buell Blast. The shop that put it on for me didn't have any problems with the size. Handle better than the Dunlop oem tires that came on it. You can dive into turns with little to no effort. I'm hoping these last longer than the 4,200 miles I would get on the stock tires. The tires were made for a scooter 200 lbs. heavier than the Buell so hopefully a harder compound/tougher tire will last longer.

Replaced stock Dunlop tires with Diablos because reviews were so good. Love the way they handle so far. Hope they meet their great reputation.

Diablo!

I wanted a larger rear tire for my '09 Buell Blast. It fit perfectly. The tire really grips the road. Great ride!

Very high quality tire. Replaced the stock Dunlops on my Buell Blast. I would spin the tire shifting into second, Where as with the new Diablos, I pop the front wheel with the shift. Your bike will scrape in the corners before this tire lets go.

Diablos on a Buell Blast

Only have a few hundred miles on 'em but so far so good. Traction is fine on both dry and wet pavement, no problems with stability and cornering. Can't speak to tread life although I've read I can only expect 3,000 miles or so out of the rear tire on a Blast, maybe twice that for the front tire.

New Rear for my '04 Ninja 250 (update)

Update to my December 2013 review: wet traction is great, though I only have one other tire to compare it to. Tread life I had to replace the 1st one after 10 months and 8,500 miles because it got damaged. It started to square off in the middle (it's a commuting bike), but should have lasted at least another 1,000 miles.

Great tire for a ninjette

I ride a Ninja 250 on a daily basis, rain or shine. These guys get excellent traction in almost any weather. As for durability, they last about a year and a half on my bike, so you can expect the same with a lighter bike even if you usually thrash tires. Very grippy, handles bad roads, and oil spots well. Good product through and through, especially for the price. On my second set now, hoping they still make 'em in a year.
