Bel-Ray H1-R Racing Synthetic Ester 2T Engine Oil

H1R now with “Power Valve Formula” is the latest Bel-Ray innovation. Its fully synthetic formula means you get the ‘no compromise benefits’ of max horsepower due to high lubricity and minimal friction, not to mention anti-wear protection that is literally off the charts! It is specifically formulated to leave virtually no carbon residue on the power valves. That means less maintenance and better performance.
  • Synthetic ester formula for power-valve 2T engines
  • Keeps power-valves clean and responsive for increased horsepower
  • Film strength prevents wear
  • Pre-mix for air-cooled / liquid-cooled 2T power-valve engines (not for methanol fuel)
  • Item # 5774

Warning: False advertising on 379 ml bottle description

Beware when mixing, don't mix blindly thinking that this is a 379 ml (12.8 oz)bottle as the product description states. It's actually 355 ml.

My 2013 YZ250 runs perfect with H1-R, but I think its priced high.

use only bel ray

I've been 2-stroke dirt biking for over 30 years. After seeing my pistons and cylinders over the years, all of my riding buddies have switched to H1-R. Clean burning and no toxic fumes.

H1R

I use Si-7 in my son's 06 125 and H1R in my 250. Both perform great with no problems whatsoever. On tear down there was no scuffing at all. We run the ratio a little fat at 1:32 on both so there is some smoke. The Si-7 smokes a little more than the H1R. I would have to say that the cost of the H1R isn't really worth not having the smoke. The protection benefits are the same. Both bike's power valves are free moving with very little carbon. So little carbon that it can be wiped clean without solvents.
