Not for those with a fat head

My wife has one of these helmets and she loves it. So I ordered one in the largest size they had and it barely fit on my head. When I closed the visor it touched my nose as well. Don't really have anything negative to say about the helmet other than they don't make it in my size. My wife says hers fits great and has fairly good airflow. She does have to ride with the visor lifted up on click to prevent fogging. As for me, I ended up sending it back and ordered a GMAX G67 instead.

Not so Fly helmet

I wanted a helmet that had the visibility of an open face with the protection of a full face helmet, this isn't it. The chin bar must be removed to put the helmet on and the instructions for the helmet state that the chin bar isn't designed for impact protection. I like other reviewers found that the helmet fogs easily because the face shield sits too close to your nose and mouth. I liked the look of the helmet and it was fairly comfortable but returned it. I went with a GMax GM38 full face helmet which has a wider field of view instead.

Best helmet I have ever owned.

Ours is a little snug going on and off. My ears are getting calluses. But I bought it for its visibility and it has covered that promise. I feel much more secure with it on.

Great visibility

Very nice for the money. Visibility is like not wearing a helmet at all. Breath box is so so and can't put on with chin piece attached. Wind noise from this thing makes my ears want to bleed

Great Helmet but fogs easily

I bought two of these helmets for two reasons- great price, and versatility. Overall its a solid product, with some exceptions. The chin guard is flimsy and poorly designed, with the face shield too close to your nose and mouth which leads to fogging as soon as you stop. Other than that, its a good looking helmet at a great price.

FLY helmet

It's a beautiful helmet, but a little tight on the jaw bone, and I ordered it one size bigger then I wear. The right rear vent vibrates, like the reviews said, but an easy fix. Every body that see's it likes it.

Only one minor quirk

I only use it open face & overall am very happy with it especially for the price. A little tight in the cheeks (I'm a fat head). The quirk? An annoying rattle in one of the vents when it's open. I thought the bike was dragging something until I figured it out. Minor problem, but took a while to diagnose. Will be ordering one for the wife soon.

I'm really happy with this helmet. It fits well and has awesome visibility. I like the chin piece- it doesn't make me claustrophobic like a full face helmet, but I notice I really miss it blocking my mouth (bugs and junk) when I wear a helmet without it. The only feature I miss is an inner sun shield that flips down- it is a pain to have to stop and change shields when the sun goes down.

Great Helmet, Great price

First time buying motorcycle gear online. Didn't know what to expect. Measurement guide on site was spot on. Love my new helmet. By having a great fit, my rides are enjoyable. Thank you Motorcycle Superstore for the great service.

Convertable

Enjoy the ability to convert from 3/4 to full face. Fit runs small and bought the Lg using measurement scale, but was too small. OK because it was just right for my Wife. Ordered the XL and thinnest cheek pads and have a good fit. Quality and features are great for the price.

Decent Helmet

This helmet provides the best peripheral vision of any helmet I've ever owned. It looks good, and it has excellent features like air vents, removable padding, both clear and tinted visors, and a removable chin bar. Padding should be thicker, though. The fit for my head shape is tight and slightly thicker, but firm padding would make for a more comfortable fit. The chin strap should be longer so that it can stay in the D-rings when taking off and putting on the helmet since the strap snap is big and unwieldy. Finally, the front of the helmet should be thicker and/or fit lower on the forehead so as to create a visor effect. Still, overall a good value.
