Lasted less than a year

A nice little tank bag, started ripping at about 8 months though- just made with low grade fabric.

I received the bag in just a few days. I have only had it for about a month so I can't comment too much on durability. I use it all the time, I keep rainsuit, gloves, cell phone, wallet and map in the in the clear map pouch. The magnets are very strong and never a question on staying in place. I would recommend this item in a very big way, nice purchase.

Dowco Iron Rider Cruiser Tank Bag

I love this bag! I purchased the bag for moto-camping purposes and use it as a shave case/shower bag. In it I put all my personal hygiene items, along with a micro towel. The top has a convenient clear pouch to store your GPS or iPhone while driving. Aside from staying put on the tank of my motorcycle, it attaches nicely to other metal objects like the metal bathroom door in the campground!

Tank bag used for 2007 Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad

Good fit and roomy enough for multiple items. I cut a hole in the bottom and stitched around the hole to allow a Bikemaster 12V/15A Power Adapter Center and power wire from battery for accessories to be utilized. So far it has worked very well. Magnets hold very well and it is easy on and off. Map pocket is accessed from inside the bag so there is more protection from the elements. Good zipper.

Outstanding bag!

Just used it for a 3,000 mile trip on the bike, rode with it in wind storms that were blowing me around, rain, thunderstorms and 100+ degree heat. The bag held on just fine in the wind, protected my phone, and I could even use the touch screen through the map pocket cover. It did get rather hot in there for the phone, but it was a very hot, sunny day. Great value!

Good value for the $

The bag fits my VTX 1800 perfectly. I can see the speedo and access the gas tank without removing the bag. I just got the bag so I can't comment on durability yet. Overall, I really like the bag so far. Perfect for keeping phones, glasses, etc. close at hand.

Great Bag

Just returned from an 800 mile trip using the Iron Rider Cruiser Tank Bag on my V-Star 1300. I wanted a small tank bag with a clear map holder. The bag is large enough to hold a few small items which is fine for what I wanted. It fit nicely on the tank without interfering with the gas filler cap. I write out my road directions on a 5x7 card which fits fine in the map window. I must admit that the first day of riding I was paranoid about the bag flying off my bike because it was very windy! The bag stayed put the whole trip so the next day, I didn't worry at all. The magnets are strong and the material on the base didn't scratch or mar my tank. The bag seems to be well made. For the price, it's a great little bag. I recommend it.

Great value

This tank bag is well made, fits great on my 2009 HD Street Glide, and does not move on the tank. Used it for a motorcycle camping trip for a little extra storage space. Just be careful with what you put in the map section so you don't get scratches on the clear plastic. Would recommend given the price and construction.

Great Tank Bag

I got this bag wondering how it would work for me. I have been very pleasantly surprised. It fits very well. It has as much space as I need. The clear plastic top allows me to place a map, cell phone or any similar item that I want to see at a very advantageous location. The price was very good. I am very satisfied.
