    Fitment issues

I was pleased with the look and style, but never got a chance to check the dryness and heat resistant material since I sent them back. They were way too long. Why does everyone think that you are six feet tall or taller just because you have a larger waist? They looked like the heat resistance material was in the wrong place also. But really why not consider people with 30" inseams?

    not for short riders

I have tried several pair of different rain pants and have had problems with accurate sizing. Well here again the length is way overboard. I ordered a large and they were snug getting them on but the length was almost 6-8" over my 29" inseam. The heat resistant portion below the knee ended up being bunched mid-calf and not helpful at all. I returned them for a refund. I guess I am still looking for the right rain pants.

    Rain pants

The fit seems OK over my leathers. The quality of the seams and zipper seems OK but I haven't ridden with it in the rain yet. The two piece suit looks like it would be easier to get on and off than the one piece suit.

    I wish it would rain

Got these pants in expectation of the usual winter rain but shucks, it's been dry as a bone out here. The pants are definitely sturdier than my last pair and I've always had a good experience at MC Superstore. When it finally happens, I'll be ready!

    Excellent rain pants

These rain pants continue to provide excellent protection from wet weather. I also use them when its really cold over my chaps since they totally block out the wind. I especially like that they are plenty long so I can keep them down to my shoe tops easily. No air or water blowing up my legs! Would recommend these to everyone.

    Best Rain Pants

Fit was right for me (XL. 6'2" with 34" inseam). Much more substantial than my previous (and cheap) rain pants. I like the change in materials below the knee to prevent hot melt. Beware of zipper snagging material in the calf. Lots of excess material inside but no problem standing up and siding through with a size 12 shoe. All is all the best rain pants I've ever owned/used!

    Nice and dry.

I bought one size smaller as was suggested in most of the reviews and they fit perfect. I'm not sure the heat resistant panels on the legs are in the right location to do the most good but so far no burns. We've had a lot of rain so I've used them a lot and stayed dry every time. The fabric on the legs show the dirt but they wash up great. I would have liked pockets on the sides but at this price am happy without.

    Rainman Pants keep you dry

Just returned from two weeks in Glacier National Park. Experienced rain, sleet, hail, snow. The First Gear Rainman pants kept me dry and warm through it all. The only complaint is the lining at the zipper tends to get caught when putting the pants on and also gets caught when zipping up the leg. May try to cut and sew so I don't have that problem anymore. Would recommend.

    Rain pants

Pants are long in the legs which is a good thing because it keeps your boots covered while allowing you to hitch the tops up high enough to cover the area between the bottom of the jacket and top of pants. The zippers at the bottom allow easy on and off without taking off your boots. Would recommend.

    Great Pants!

These pants are great! Definitely design for its use. I am 5'6" at 150lbs and I wear pant sizes 30x30. I ordered small and they fit great over my jeans. They are definitely long and they do look baggy but I don't mind it. They do also help keep your legs a little warmer. The quality is great! I bought the rainman pants and jacket and they are both great. It is definitely nice also that they can be packed into a small bag. I always bring these with me just in case it’s too cold me or it rains. Great Product!

    High & Dry

Great rain pants. Keeps the water out and can put them on sitting beside the road with very little effort. Having used them several times, I would buy another pair.

    Rainman Pants

Well made and functional. Packs nicely and is a fairly good looking pair of rain pants. Wore in a heavy afternoon rain storm and stayed dry, except for some perspiration. Does not breath as well indicated in the description. But still a nice item for the money.
