Excellent Bag!

This bag has four velcro straps attached to it available to secure it to your sissy bar. My sissy bar is only 7 inches, so I was only able to use two of the velcro straps. It was not a problem! The straps are heavy duty and I was able to get them super snug. I have a small luggage rack mounted behind my sissy bar, so I placed the bag on the rack. I also tried placing the bag on the passenger seat so I could use it as a back rest, that worked fine too. I used some bungee cords for insurance to make sure the bag stayed in place. I loaded down the four pockets on the side and completely filled the bag. The rain cover is great too, fits over the whole bag and sissy bar with ease. I took a 2,600 mile trip last month using this bag. It worked great.

No pictures of sissy bar mounting system

I really like the size and practicality of this bag and it was my first choice. But there are no pictures anywhere on the web of how it mounts to a sissy bar. Since I couldn't determine if it would work with my backrest in the manner I want so I ordered an Iron Rider Weekender because they include pictures of the mounting system in their advertising enabling me to see that it would fit fine.

Nice bag, bigger than expected

Ordered bag with the idea I might have to send it back and go with 900 series. Got the bag and did a test pack too see if I could get enough in it for a five day run, fit every thing with room to spare. Needless to say I am happy with the bag. Put it on the bike and only have a short sissy bar, so only three of the four Velcro straps held it to the bar. With the straps that have loops down to the frame, bag stayed right where it was placed on a 1400 mile run.

Nelson-Rigg CBT 350 DAYRUNNER

Nice bag well made. Perfect for a week long trip. I just used it on a 3,000 mile trip. The only fault that I found with it was that the straps kep loosening up. I ended using large zip ties instead of the four small straps. The zip ties and the Velcro straps held the bag securely to my sissy bar. I would recommend this bag to a friend.

Very Nice Bag

Love this bag! Good size without being too big. Great quality. Carries my things with no problems. Love the extra pockets. Would buy more products from Motorcycle Superstore and this manufacturer.

My CTB 350 Dayrunner Luggage.

I received my CTB-350 Dayrunner pack and the next morning was off on a 2,000 mile trip from East Ky to Florida and back through Mississippi. It fastened securely on the sissy bar of my 950 Yamaha and it didn't move until I removed it. It's well made and has plenty of pockets for those "extra" things we carry while traveling. I'm perfectly happy with it and would recommend it to any of my friends. A real, well made accessory to my touring! Money well spent!

good package but.....

A good piece of kit, however the padlock provided was useless, after setting the combination and testing that it locked and unlocked, I fitted it to the bag only to find it wouldn't open when I reached my destination, a direct hit with a hammer took care of it, but will now have to fit my own lock!

Awesome bag

The folks at Motorcycle Super Store were absolutely great. They've earned a lifetime customer. The bag is just what I hoped for. It's a great size, hold loads of gear but doesn't look big on the bike. I set it on my custom luggage rack and used the velcro straps to go around the passenger seat back rest. Its VERY secure, never so much as a wiggle while driving in some fairly windy conditions. The bottom side pockets are a little hard to zip back up if the upper pocket is full.

I just recently use this for the first time on a trip. Worked really well, and held everything that I needed. I would highly recommend this product. I also like the fact that it holds it shape when empty.

Well made bag!

Bag is well made and fits a lot of clothes. Used it to go away for a few days and put 3 pair of pants, shirts, socks, underwear, long sleeve shirts. I have a 1998 Royal star and I had to add a strap around the backrest pad to make me feel better. It has some strong straps with Velcro and some other straps. You have to spend some time to get it secure. Very well made and highly recommend.

Riggpaks

As strange as it may sound. . .I gave this Riggpak a positive rating in all areas even though I couldn't mount it on my Raider. The mounting straps will only work with a sissy bar and not a drivers backrest. . .which is what I have. However. . . the quality and value of this piece of motorcycle is outstanding. . .regardless. I'm going to install a Quick Release sissy bar this Spring to use the unit.

CTB-350 Day Runner

4 star product. Fit facing forward on back seat with sissybar backrest on my 2003 Fat Boy, just purchased luggage rack with taller backrest, now fits facing back with room for passenger. Packed for three weekend trips, held all I needed solo. Holds 1/2 and 3/4 helmet, and leather jacket + change of clothes, and toiletries. Wish I had purchased roll pack, maybe later will add. Not ridden in pouring rain, but slipped rain cover over and fits well. Use it on daily commutes to work, very secure mount, and strapping to removable backrest option. Very pleased with product, and pricing, and fast delivery.

CTB-350 Dayrunner

I needed a new pack for a 3 day trip with some friends. After comparing the various makes and models and speaking with a Superstore rep, I decided on the 350. When I received the Dayrunner, it seemed a bit small, but after loading it up, I was pleasantly surprised that it held so much (could have gone a couple more days). The unit is well made, appears to be durable, and only costs about half of what some other makes do. The only improvements I would suggest are a longer map pocket on the outside and maybe a receptacle for a water bottle. Originally, I was going to buy something larger, but settled on the 350 mainly due to the fact that this size is about right for a HD Low Rider. The larger ones make it look to me like I am pulling a trailer. Thanks to the Superstore for making this purchase a smooth one.
