Kenda K760 Trakmaster II Rear Tire

One of the best hard core dual sport tires available, the Kenda K760 Trakmaster II is perfect for the rider who isn’t willing to sacrifice off-road performance. Comfortable in a wide range of surfaces, the Trakmaster II gives a predictable feel regardless if it’s hard pack, sand, rocks, mud, gravel or loam. Love this tire

I bought a set of these for My DRZ400E and took them out for the fist time this weekend. I did an 80 mile ride consisting of mostly single track full of rocks, mud, water crossings, and some sandy roads as well as a little pavement too. All I can say is these tires did everything better than any tire I have used before. With 10psi. the bike was unstoppable. Amazing grip on everything. Even the brief amount of pavement it performed well on. This will be my new go to tire from now on. For where I ride and how I ride it is perfect.

Kenda K760 Track Master ll

I have these on my Suzuki DR-Z400S, and love 'em. For anyone who rides off road, you can't beat these DOT legal knobbies. They're priced right too. I ride in Vermont, and a typical day of riding includes pavement, gravel, and snotty trails. I've done some 200 mi. pavement rides to get to trails in NY and back, and it handled that ok. They wore quicker on the pavement. There are no better tires out there for what I do. Being DOT legal is just a bonus!

Best DS tire out there in my opion.

I have bought several sets of the 760 and they are good priced and are truly 80% dirt orientated.I am still amazed on the performance on the street. I get good wear and good grip.

Kenda K760 Rear Tire

This is an outstanding value tire for my needs. Primarily woods and light dual sport riding. Limited pavement time, so no real rating there. Works on the dirt, loose dirt, limited rocks, and easy to mount for me. I am not aggressive, but an average dirt/woods rider. Can't miss as an affordable replacement tire.

Kenda 760 Trakmaster II Rear tire.

Kenda Trakmaster has a softer compound that hooks up well in the gumbo in the badlands. Works well here. I recommend this tire.

Trakmaster

After being slightly disappointed with the dirt performance of the Dunlop D606, I’ve found the Trakmaster II to be the hardcore dual sport rear tire I’ve been searching for. Ridden for about 1200 miles, the traction and feel is solid regardless of the type of dirt. From single track to gravel and more pavement than I care for, I was impressed with the wear I got. And though I jumped on the MT43 bandwagon, I feel the Trakmaster II is a better choice for the steep hills that I ride.

Best DOT tire I've found

If you are looking for a good off road tire that's DOT approved, this is it. I've been looking for a DOT tire that will keep me road legal, yet still works good in the dirt and mud. Most DOT tires have nothing when it gets a little muddy, but this tire works really well in a variety of conditions. I don't feel like I had to give up any dirt performance for the DOT rating. Highly recommended, even if you don't need DOT.

Disappointed with the K760

I ride a plated '02 WR426 about 90% offroad singletrack & fire roads, just hitting the pavement for a couple miles here and there to get to the dirt. I ride 2-3 days a week, averaging around 20 miles a ride. I've had this tire for just about a month and a half and it is completely shot for off-road purposes. I'd estimate about 350 miles on it total. I'm disappointed to say the least. This tire is fairly inexpensive, but I honestly expected more out of it.

Not as good as I hoped

Just put the tire on and rode 80 miles in the rocks and dirt of Cle-Elum/Ellensburg. Yes, the tire hooks up great, even in soft uphill. Yesterday was a soupy mess in Taneum, and not once did the bike go down. My only bad comment on this tire is the front edge of the knobbies are already rounding over. The intermediate/hard terrain compound isn't hard enough, in my mind.

k760 rear kicks ass

Compared to stocks on my DRZ400, this thing made my bike feel like a trail eating beast. Buddies couldn't believe the increased performance it gave me.

Great all around tire

I have been using this rear tire for a few years now and I love it. Works great in the desert and mountains. Does not last as long as a 606 but the little softer rubber has much better grip in rocks and hard pack. I recommend it to all my friends.

Great tire, but wears out fast!

I put a set of these on my KLX250S. In less than 1000 miles the rear tire is almost done. This is with about 60% pavement, 40% dirt. The front tire is wearing quickly too but not quite as bad. I figure a new rear tire will wear out about the same time as the front. For the price, they're great, and they work VERY well both off-road and on, but dang they sure wear quickly.

Trakmaster II rear tire

Had this tire for just over a year, and it worked fine until you notice the worn lugs, and the side lugs rip off very easy, not good for hard/intermediate riding, better for soft terrain which will wear it down less
