Excellent tire!

Excellent Dual sport tire. I do mostly off road riding with my WR250R and it performs well.

great tire for my type of riding

This is a dual sport tire for those riders who mainly ride off road and occasionally ride on the street in-between trails. Don't buy this for daily driver on pavement surfaces. It works fine on pavement but with excessive use you'll wear it out quickly. Works great in mud, rocks and dirt. All that at a great price.

perfect for dirt and ok on road

if you buy these tires understand that these tires are made for dirt. they will not corner on the street like a 50/50 tire will so be careful. if you plan on doing a lot of street touring or highway (if your machine is able) I would not recommend these because they wear on the knobs on the street. that means the first sign of wear you will see is the knobs will start to round out because knobs work by digging into dirt and pushing they cant dig on pavement. I have had no troubles off road with these from deep mud in creeks going over logs, loose sand(although in loose sand I did air down a little bit to be safe) to rock covered hill climbs and loose shale trails. These tires are very confidence inspiring and if you steer with the throttle sliding the rear wheel they break loose at very predictable times. I don't have anything bad to say about these tires because I knew what I would get when I bought them, ok street use, but fantastic trail use!!!

OK Dual Sport Tire set

I have been running the F & R set for 3 years now on my DR350S. Got about 3,000 miles on them now. They were initially hard to get the bead seated on the rims. They are ok on paved roads, good on dirt road. Rear is good on trails but the front is no good! The tread pattern is side to side like the rear (instead of down the center) so it wants to wash out in sand and feels like it's always scooting back and forth trying to wash out. My front now has every other row of knobs worn down so it's bumpy rolling. The rear has worn evenly and was good except for the loud howling noise on the pavement.

Best All Around Tire

Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from but I absolutely love this tire. I ride everything; mx track, single track, rocks, sand, mud, roots, etc. You name it, this tire pulls through. I use roads to connect trails and that's about it. Lets face it. If you're buying a full on knobby and report that it totally sucks on the road...well, it's a knobby, so I'm not sure what people really expect. I think people see the DOT rating and automatically think it'll make it a great street tire. I'm sure it's made that way so people wanting to make their off-road bikes street-able in states that allow such things, a lot easier to pass inspections. I doubt Kenda made this tire as a tried and true dual sport, leaning towards street tire. So, if you're like me and ride pretty much everything, this tire works wonderfully considering how much it sees. It wears really well and really takes a beating in the rocks without ripping apart. I've never had problems with the tire washing. I've raced these tires in sprint rallies, flying as fast as you can down closed courses consisting of packed gravel roads and no washouts.

Love it

This is the most aggressive DOT tire I could find and I couldn't be happier. I have them on every dual sport I own and wish they would fit my HD too.

it passes DOT inspection

only got this tire to pass a DOT inspection for an off-road conversion on my wife's bike. it passed. she says it's ok on the road, but off-road, it bucks her around too much. mounted on 125 TTR. will probably take them off as soon as they're worn out and return to dirt tires.

K760 TrakMaster

I have relied on these Trak Master's for several years. They perform very well on dirt roads and single track. After using other brands, I'll stick with the Kenda 760 Trak master.

Kenda K760 Front tire

This is an outstanding tire for the money. The tire of choice for front and rear if primarily riding woods or dirt. I do not use this tire for pavement riding so I cannot report on that. Affordable enough for frequent changes. Using on 2003 KDX220R both front and rear. Works great for me, an average woods rider. Traction in all conditions.

WEIRD !

Installed on an 06 DRZ250. I ride the bike on the street to the trails. First the tire installed very easy. Looked aggressive. On the street the tire SUCKS big time. Does NOT want to lean. On hard packed dirt road- the same. In the rough stuff where you ride slow its OK. In the streams on boulders its OK. Like the longevity on the highway, it seems to hold pretty good. My opinion: If you will ride street more than 5%- spit and run.

Never again

Easy to install. Made the bike handle like crap on the street. Does not want to lean in the corners, just like very worn-out street tire. When in the rough and slow, it is good. For the time being shows very little wear. For me this is a pretty low quality dirt tire but street legal. Good for off road and to cross legally the asphalt. If you intend to do some road riding, STAY AWAY!

Weirdest DOT approved dirt tire

Mounted on a 05 DRZ250. No tools to put on the rim. Looks nice. This is all the good I can say. ABSOLUTELY sucks on the street and on hard packed dirt. Does not want to lean. The nastier the terrain, the more it lives to the expectations. The only good thing- DOT approved and comparatively cheap knobby.

K760 Trakmaster II Front Tire, Has tough tread and Right price.

Kenda Trakmaster front tire has a great tread pattern. Compound is correct for our badlands terrain and the price was very competitive. I recommend this tire.
