Great fit, easy installation!

Fit and quality were what I expected. Ease of installation was very pleasantly surprising. Great product that fits well with the look of the bike.

Almost Perfection . . . .

The fit and look are very nice. They could use a bit more flexibility in the adjustment of the deflectors, themselves.

Necessary for mounting deflectors, and they work...

These obviously were necessary to mount the fork deflectors. Installation was a little tricky. The clamps need to be squeezed together while you are trying to thread in the allen bolt that tightens the clamp. They give you two set of bolts, which is a good thing because I very easily stripped the end of the second one. Luckily they give you two sets of bolts, (one long set, and one short set). Thought I needed the long bolts, but after stripping the second one, I realized I could use the shorter one. I ended up using taped up needle nose pliers to squeeze the clamp closed enough to thread the bolt through both sides of the clamp. It worked!

Lower fork wind deflectors

The deflectors fit on my 2007 Kawasaki VN1500 classic with ease, but the upper part of the clear blade sits in front of my directionals and against them. I really think that they are the wrong ones for my cruiser.

Fork wind deflectors

Installed this on my Roadstar 1700. Had I read all the reviews I would have seen the one that pointed out the instructions were wrong and saved a lot of time. I gave it a poor installation relating because I think someone should have seen the comment and corrected the problem. Work well but you will not have much angle adjustment if you have crash bars and extra light bar. Seems to send a lot more heat my way, great for cold weather days not so good on hot ones.

Easy install

Was easy install but directions given are incorrect. The directions show installing left for right side and vice-versa. Suggest doing what I did...look at photo of wind deflectors on Motorcycle Superstore website to see how they mount.

Memphis Shades Fork Deflector Mounting Kit

Well made product. Easy to install, just be careful and make sure you align the screws correctly as the aluminum threads are easy to strip.
