Barnett
Barnett Tool & Engineering was founded in 1948 by Afton and Charlie Barnett. Charlie started out by making control cables for motorcycles. He added items to the line that he imported from England and later invented products of his own. In 1991, Barnett was the first motorcycle clutch manufacturer to use Kevlar friction material. In 1993 they began using CNC machined aluminum friction plate cores that feature wider drive tabs to reduce wear on clutch baskets.
