These are the ones you want

I went over to their outlet store and tried them on. They fit perfectly so I bought two! I'm a 38-30 and it was a joy as so many never go lower than a 32 inseam. The Kevlar seat wraps halfway around the jeans and goes 3.5in from the top to just above the back of the knees. Also more on the knees and leather on the back of the pants cuffs to prevent fraying. The pockets are big. If I'm going to ride with jeans it's a no brainer. These are the ones.

    Not for long rides.

These are short distance riding pants. The back pockets' double stitching will be sat on. After an hour you'll start to feel it. I rode 400 miles yesterday and a couple of hours after I got off the bike the pain went away. For short distance they're OK but that is not what I was after.

    S&S rage pants

Good stuff. Extra bit of confidence over denim for sure. Looking inside you can tell they will do the trick in an off. The removable knee armor is a nice touch, but for daily riding I leave it out. Just not very comfy to walk around in. Kevlar is under you where you need it. For hard rides, I use leather. Would suggest the slightly cheaper model without the armor. All in all, an A-

Finally some riding jeans i freaking like

Have owned for about 3 months. Purchased two other brands of riding jeans at same time for comparison and testing. I can clearly say these are the best for the following: fit using chart is on the money. I'm a 36/30, ordered 36/30 and couldn't be happier. They are snug on the waist to the point I almost don't need a belt but not too tight where I look like a male stripper. From the pockets down they are as baggy as most other riding jeans. People complain about riding jeans being baggy off the bike, but guess what, their primary duty is on the bike. Tight jeans with a straight cowboy boot cut would have you singing in a higher octave not to mention causing discomfort for the "boys" I think these are a perfect mix between fashion, safety and performance. Very nice Kevlar panels and knee panels which tend to be to high in my case. These are GREAT for the money.

    Solid Riding Jeans

Overall, a nice pair of riding jeans. Look-wise, they pass as a normal pair of jeans, save for an elastic section above each knee (which turns out to be a good thing with the knee-pads). The fit is tight on the waist, but long/loose on the legs. I bought one size up on the waist and am fine. Though, if you're looking for slim-cut, riding jeans, these are not for you. Overall, the comfort level is very good. I work a 9-5 office job, and can sit all day, with the knee-pads in, and not be uncomfortable. This is where those elastic sections pay off, big. As far as the price goes, I felt they were a little pricey for what they are. That said, I'm still happy with the purchase.

    Poor Fit

Ordered these pants to my jean size and the waist was much too tight, had to send them back. The legs were also too baggy for my taste. Otherwise the pants looked good, had good features, and priced right.

    Decent product

They are much better than other "jeans" I have tried. They are true to size and fit well. The knee pads are in a pocket and stay in place unlike others I have tried BUT ... I"ll stick with my overpants ...

    best riding jeans for the$$

I wear 33/32 jeans. I got the 34/32. They fit good at the waist but they are a little long. The knee armors are adjustable and I had to play with them for a bit in order to fit me good. The kevlar inner linings are positioned just right and look very tough.. They have great style, great looks and they will protect you if you go down. Worth the $$ all day.

WOW! Zipper came off while trying them on!

DON'T BUY - SERIOUS MANUFACTURER PROBLEMS! You know I tend to be forgiving of products and I treat all my riding pants and gear very well so when I read another review here of the zipper coming off... thought it was probably a fluke, boy was I wrong when I found out when the zipper came off in my hands while trying them on for the first time! Motorcycle Superstore really needs to discontinue this product. Once is worth noting, twice is friendly fire. Moving on!

    thought they were money

I reviewed these when I first got them, and was very kind. I still have no issues with the fit, but today they failed. Only washed once or twice, only ridden about 1000 miles in them and as I was leaving a diner I went to the john and as I zipped up the zipper came off in my hand. No way to repair this, had to ride home with my junk freezing as the fly was wide open. No bueno. I will have to take them to a repair shop and hope for the best.

    Best riding jean out there

I've owned a few riding jeans and these are the only ones worth owning. Fit is as advertised. Knee pads are not restricting. They look as good as daily Levis but give some confidence in case of a crash. Worth the money. You'll wear them every time you ride.

    Not for me

These pants are Circus Clown baggy. The bottom leg opening measured 20 inches around, which makes it easy to get caught on foot pegs when stopping to put your feet down. The fabric was thinner than any jean I ever wore and some of the stitching was already coming apart. The knee armor seems to be too far inward to work right and it moves around because the legs are so loose. If you prefer a loose pant these may be good, but I think protective gear should be more tight fitting to be effective.

    perfect fit, good value

I bought these one size up, they fit perfect (36vs34). The quality seems good so far, didnt shrink when washed and armor was easy enough to remove. Velcro holds the knee armor in place so you can adjust their positioning, and leather trim on back of ankle protects them from ground if they drag. Not in love with the jordache look on the ribbed part above the knee but it works well so Ill take it.

    Too baggy in the legs

I prefer clean looking jeans, something not too extremely baggy. I wear jeans/slacks at 32/32, and the 34/32 fit perfectly, save for the extremely baggy legs. If you have slimmer legs like I do, perhaps these denims may not work for you. Because of my smaller girth in the legs, the knee armor just didn't look right in the knees when standing straight.

    BINGO!

I have to start by saying big thanks to the Superstore for the return. These are amazing, so comfortable, so nice to wear. They fit great, nice room for boots, overall outstanding. I'm normally a 33" waist and just under 32" length, so I ordered the 34x32 and they fit perfect. Normally I like the waist loose (hence the 34) but these actually fit perfect, not tight but just right. Great length, won't ride up when in seated position on a sportbike.
