I have bought many sets of these TT93s for minimoto racing. These tires are cheaper than slicks and last longer. Most importantly, they grip as good most slicks with similar lap times. I race these on a KX65 in a GP65 class. I usually can run 1 front and two rears for an entire season (8 rounds of racing 2 classes-practice and 4 races). I just bought another rear with 2 round left so that's got to say something about how long they last. It's not mentioned but the rears are soft compound.
Just had these Shinko tires installed on my Burgman 650. I have less that 300 miles on them yet but from my experience so far, they are excellent and they are very reasonably priced. I see no need for the average Joe to spend tons of money for a tire with a brand name when actually a Shinko tire will serve the rider very well.
I'm on my third rear tire and getting ready for my second front. The combination of performance, durability and price is perfect for me. I get right around 10K on the rear tire and 20K on the front. Comparable with other tires I've used. I haven't noticed nearly as much uneven wear (cupping) as I have on other brands.
