Will never balance a tire again

I don't know about the warranty issue as described above but maybe tire manufacturers will catch on. I have about 200 miles on a new front tire with the balance beads installed and the ride is smooth as can be. Maybe I'll try them in my truck tires some day.

Marvels of science

After reading some reviews, I didn't know really what to expect. Put 2 oz in both front and rear new Dunlops on 2007 Yamaha RSTD 1300 with no other weights. Ride is much smoother than before new tires. All I can say is the beads appear to work well.

Still the best

I now have a couple thousand miles on the front tire after installing these. Never a problem and still rides as smooth as the day it was installed. Tires with weights have to be rebalanced periodically as the tire wears but with the beads, its like balancing your tire every time you ride. Still wont go back to wheel weights with tubeless tires.

Tire Balancing Beads - Shifter Kart

My least favorite preparation for racing my Shifter Kart on road tracks is balancing tires. An acquaintance suggested the Tire Balancing Beads. I used 1-ounce in each tire, front/rear. They worked just as advertised. I won't go back to the lead/steel stick-on weights unless the Tire Balancing Beads are no longer available. Great Product for Kart racing on road tracks!

EASY ON THE BEAD LUBE

DON'T go crazy with the bead lube. Go real light and don't let any get in the tire well. Excessive lube may cause the product to snow ball negating it's efficiency and clog the valve stem.

A Must

I was a little skeptical but had to try it, and the results were amazing. My R1 always had a slight vibration at lower highway speeds and smoothed out at around 75 mph, now I have no vibration. For now on this is what I'm going to use. These little glass bead definitely keeps your tires in a constant state of balance. And now I don't have to have my tires mounted by someone else, I can do it in my garage without needing to buy an expensive tire balancer.

Worked as advertised

I was a little sceptical but had a co worker recommend them. I'm glad I used them. Not only was I able to change my tires myself I saved on balancing charges and future balancing charges as the tires wear. I'm very happy with the results!

Never looking back

I was not sure about beads in my tires. But I wanted to do my own tire changing. Put them in my car tires 1st. Worked great. Now have them in both tires on my Vulcan. Bike never ran smooth. And that goes for the car too!

They're pretty slick but bad valve core

First time using balancing beads. I like not worrying about external weights and the balance shifting as the tire ages. Too early to tell if I'll get any more miles out of my tires with them. Install was a breeze with the supplied bottle and tube. While checking my air pressure on a road trip, the core failed and the tire fully deflated. Replaced the core and all is well now. Probably just a fluke. Supplied stem caps are a nice finishing touch.

Work Great, But..

Installed the beads on both my front and rear tires, and I must say the tires ride smooth at all speed ranges. Don’t think I’m ever going back to weights again. But BEWARE, the bead installation has a learning curve. Hint: Use an air hose to assist.

Works very well

This product works very well and does what it says it will. The only hassle is trying to get the beads into the tire, but a little compressed air helped.

Great way to balance

Great way to balance your tires, install can be a little tedious if you're puttting them in tubed tires. I had to fill up the little tube with beads then give them a shot with my air compressor to get them in. Otherwise they work great with zero vibration, wobble, or bounce!
