I put these on all my scooters. They handle well in every condition and handle Atlanta's crap streets and steel grates.

I bought the cheaper Kenda tire before, and regretted a year later, as the tire blew up on me. This one seems a lot stronger, and provides better performance.

Been using S1's for a few years now and they have better grip and cornering than the Maxxis whitewalls and Pirelli's that I've tried. I get about 4K miles out of the rear tire but that may be my riding style and racing clutch/variator combo; plus, most of my riding is 50-60 mph. If Motorcycle Superstore starts carrying Heidenau K61's in 100/90-10, I'll give them a try based on reviews I have read about tread life. Might be worth the extra $$.

My newly purchased '02 Bajaj 150 Legend came with these tires and I can honestly say "these Michelins are a great all-around tire". These tires inspire confidence in your cornering through great feedback and traction. Their overall ride is nice as well. My scoot has about 5,500mi on it now and the rear is due to be replaced soon. Guess traction and stability are the priority here (as it should be)? Will order an new set very soon. Highly recomend!

I run them on my 01 honda elite50 and never had a flat with them. I get about 5k on back tire. This is my third one, great tire for the money.
