The front 110/70 x16 and the rear tire 140/70P x16 are safe oversize with the Buell Blast. The Pirelli Diablo has a slower transition compared to OEM sized tires. Wet pavement is good and the tread life is great for the harsh riding I've done. I have chicken strips on my tire still because the foot pegs start to scrape before I could even use the tires fully. But my overall first look review, great tire choice for the Buell Blast.

Paired this one with the Diablo rear and my scooter handles amazing. I can hang out in a corner leaned-over with absolute confidence and no feeling of falling down or unsteadyness. I hope they last and I will probably buy them again even if they don't.

Replaced front and rear oem Michelins with Diablos. Huge improvement in stability and comfort. Watch speed ratings (P,S,H). I have H rated for 139 mph. More than my Piaggio BV 500 will ever do but solid performer for maxi-scooters and full blown motorcycles.

I just purchased a 2012 Honda Silver Wing. I had Diablos on my first Silver wing and loved them. They were so superior to the IRC tires it came with that I had the IRCs taken off this Silver Wing and replaced with Pirelli diablos as part of the purchase deal.

These Pirelli tires are a great value for both price & performance for the Yamaha Majesty YP400. I like them better than the stock tires for stability. Too early for long term rating, but hope the tread lasts.

I ride a Piaggio BV250 about 11,000 per year. I bought the Pirelli Diablos on three consecutive replacements after the original tires. I put an average of 12,000 miles on the front 110/70/16 and 15,000 miles on the rears for each set and they were flawless. Much better cornering, and wear is uniform - that's a lot of miles on a set!!! I do ride conservative on acceleration and braking, but do reach 75 MPH on a regular basis (tire has 130 MPH rating.
