Disappointing

Same annoying wear in the middle. Tends to want to rollover in the curves. Noticed that it has now split in one of the valleys of the tread leading to a slow leak. 1500 miles and I will be happily using it to start the bonfire. Quite sad as I have always liked Michelins on my car and have nothing but praise for the pilots on my T/A.

Nice ride

I ran my bridgestone till there were no sign of wear bars. When I first put this tire on it felt a lot different, it is not as square as the bridgestone so it tracks differently. Once you get use to the feel it handles like it is on rails. I really like the tire.

Best rear tire on AN650A

I have over 80,000 miles on my '07 AN650A. I've tried all the tires once, and the Michelin is by far the best rear tire of them all. I ride hard and get maybe 6,000 miles from one, so this is about the zillionth one I've put on.

Michlein Burgman 650 tire rear

Finally just hit 8000 miles on this tire inflated at 38 psi - looks like it will make 9k with hard fast mountain riding. I am running Ikon rear shocks and front end lowered 1/2 inch in front with the Bridgestone tire at 34 psi. May want to lower this pressure if you carry a lot of speed into turns - tends to push and could let go, less air should fix some of this bike now has 58,000 miles and running good with this tire combo.

tread wear update

Looks like rear on burgman 650. will get 8,000 miles, much better than pireli, metzler and the bridgestone(M) tire… so next tire will be the same --plus this tire is not wearing in the middle like the bridgestone. air pressure was 38 lbs in rear and 34 front --works and handles great. 57,000 miles on scooter and michelin is the best by far.

burgman 650 pilot

So far 3000 miles on rear tire. Handles and rides better than the Bridgestone, Pirelli and Metzeler. Have 54,000 on my 2007 Burgman . The Bridgestone front tire works great with the Michelin on the rear, 34 psi front and 38 rear wear is even and handles much better. I have the front end lowered 1/2 inch and Ikon shocks on the rear. The set up really turns in and stays put.

Michelin Pilot Sport SC Performance Radial Rear Tire

I have now run several Michelin Pilot Sport SC Performance Radial Rear tires on my Burgman 650. For my taste, it is the best handling of all the brands I have tried on the back of the bike. It gives a little faster turn in than the OEM Bridgestone yet is just as stable with good traction in both wet and dry. Wear is a little better than the OEM tire too. I pair it with an OEM Bridgestone on the front as I like the handling feel of those two tires together. I was not as impressed with the Michelin on the front as I am with it on the rear.

Pilot Sport SC Performance Radial Rear Tire

The owner of a local shop where I have my tires mounted recommended these tires for my scooter (650 Burgman). I have to say it’s like getting a new bike the ride, grip and general handling have improved drastically. The price, customer service, speed of delivery were all fantastic from your business. I will shop here again for any of my motorcycle needs.
