This system seems pretty nice, but being new to hydration systems, instructions (any instructions) would be a huge benefit. I have no idea how to fit or clean it.

I bought this CamelBak specifically for racing. A slim design with no storage other than water is what I needed. My requirements were 70 oz, low weight and low profile for wearing under my chest protector and it delivers so far. The shoulders straps seem a little thin which prevents a 5 in this category but I have seen evidence of failure. Good hydration system.
