No more fumbling for a remote
This is one of the greatest little devices ever created. It allows me to open my garage door and drive right in without having to stop, fumble for a remote, or any of that. Once installed, you never know it's there, so you don't have anyone trying to steal your remote and then track down your house. Installation takes a little time if you want to do it really well. On my Concours I removed the upper main fairing and installed it in a very hidden location. On the girlfriend's Vulcan, it fit into the headlight bucket behind the headlight. The only big limitation of the system is the code is proprietary. You cannot program HomeLink equipped cars to work with it. So for the car I had to purchase a separate transmitter and install it there also. This is a great system for anyone looking to install a garage door opener onto a vehicle not equipped with HomeLink and/or you want your garage door opener to be completely hidden and still easily operated.
