I have several older Pro Grip Tie Downs that seem to be built much more heavy duty than these? I guess I was expecting them to be the same as the older ones but like most products, the manufacture is always trying to find away to make them cheaper. That said good tie down for the money but they don't compare to earlier versions.

These tie downs are really nice. I bought them because I needed to buy $10 more to qualify for free shipping. Anyway I was so impressed with them that I now use them all the time. They have a sewn in handle so it makes tightening so much easier and the neon green color is pretty cool. I also like the rubber coated hooks so you don't damage your frame when you attach them. A must buy for hauling your atv/mc.
