Laura Portland,  OR Decent lock for a good price The lock is just what I expected, meaning that it is average quality for an average price. Mine feels a bit loose when I connect it (like it's going to fall right out again), but I always tug it after spinning the numbers and it seems secure enough. The cable part is certainly secure; I don't think anyone can get through that. One thing you should know is that the combination cannot be changed. It comes with the lock and you have to memorize whatever 4 numbers they give you. However, if that's not a problem for you, I think this is a reasonable lock for the money.

john guma manorville,  NY Bike Lock I don't know about Kyptonite, but I wouldn't feel secure locking up anything more than a $300.00 bicycle with this. But I'll admit, it would do a good job for that!
