It did fine with temperatures around 60 plus, but once I tried it around 40-50 degrees it didn't work very well. However, it does fit perfectly under your helmet. It does not bind up anywhere. The hole for the eyes seems to be not wide enough for me, but it works. Not thick enough for the "most extreme weather conditions" as the seller suggests, but does well under most cold conditions - just don't expect to ride when it's 55 and under.
